The master bedroom includes a spacious walk-in closet, a private full bathroom, and direct access to the backyard. Each bedroom offers ample storage for your belongings. Throughout the house, ceiling fans provide a gentle breeze for added comfort.
Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and outdoor seating on the terrace overlooking lush surroundings. Towels and linens, including pool towels, are provided for your convenience.
The fully fenced backyard ensures privacy and security. Multiple seating areas are available for dining outdoors, and you can cool off in the sparkling swimming pool.

Important Details
- Parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints, notifications from authorities, or evidence from noise monitoring between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM may result in fines up to $1,000, eviction, and possible legal action.
- Your booking includes a damage protection policy covering accidental damages up to $1,750. Willful or negligent damage will incur additional charges.
- Security cameras are installed around the property, including views of the vehicle gate, pool, back fence, back terrace, and right corridor (air-conditioned area).
- If you are a Costa Rican resident booking with a local credit card, please be aware that your bank may charge IVA tax separately from Airbnb taxes. This is handled directly with your bank.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Quiet hours in Tamarindo are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Only guests listed on the rental agreement are permitted on the property; no additional visitors are allowed.
- For families traveling with infants, a pack-n-play is available for $10 per night on a first-come, first-served basis. Please request in advance to ensure availability and setup.

**3 stars** The property itself has some positives, but we experienced several significant maintenance issues during our stay. Multiple bedroom AC units were not functioning properly when we arrived and required substantial cleaning by maintenance before the rooms became comfortable. There was also a strong odor in the bedrooms following the cleaning. The TV and internet were unavailable for part of our stay and required a cable provider visit to resolve. We also had an issue with the king-size following a maintenance visit that required considerable time and effort to make the bed usable again. To the host's credit, they were responsive and ultimately addressed the issues, and they were courteous throughout the process. However, having multiple issues arise during the first part of the stay significantly affected our experience and required more time and attention than we would expect from a vacation rental. The house is gorgeous- modern and exquisitely appointed. The kitchen well appointed with utensils. There was one small bag of coffee that provided 4 cups, beyond sugar-there was only salt & pepper. The pool was absolutely pleasant to pop into every morning and night to cool off. The hose was was not convenient to wash off sand, which in a beach town is essential. The walk to Little Lucha was 10 minutes, which is the edge of downtown, another 10-15 to the beach. Once at the beach chairs and umbrellas cost $20-30 USD, the home does not provide beach amenities. I chose Airbnb to get insights into the local vibe, however, there is no written material for guests to refer to. It would have been nice to look at a map to know where beach access is or suggested restaurants or grocery shop. Check out is extremely convenient and simple. Again it would be nice to have the house rules and guidelines in print, versus always having to get a device out to look up. Overall amazing property!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Casa Mira Flores. The home is beautiful, outside and inside, and was very clean. Pool and deck were very nice. Appliances were modern. All the dishes and flatware and glasses were very nice. We felt at ease in the gated community, but also very close to town. The management team was responsive. I would absolutely recommend this home.

The house was the best part of our trip. in between outings, the pool was a great amenity for the family. the house was pristine and beautiful. conveniently located walkable distance from the town and only a 2 min drive. highly recommend

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. We also felt safe throughout our entire stay, which was important for our family. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, beaches, and other attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. What made this stay extra special was that we were celebrating our daughter's 17th birthday. The host arranged a beautiful "Happy 17th Birthday" balloon display for her, which was such a thoughtful surprise and made the celebration even more memorable. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. Great location, spotless accommodations, and outstanding hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This home is beautiful and as described in the listing. Very clean and updated with lovely decor. We had a bit of trouble getting in at first because the gate was broken, but we were able to get in through the side door and open it manually. The house is modern and open with lots of space to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, and the pool is an absolute dream. While it is walkable to the downtown area and beach, we enjoyed having a car because of the heat, humidity, and partial dirt road that you have to use to get there. Having a golf cart would also be convenient. Overall, we highly recommend it!
