The Space

This property is a charming complex consisting of three villas sharing a central pool, located just minutes from downtown Puerto Viejo.

Villa 3

Villa 3 offers spacious accommodations for up to six guests and is situated on the upper floor. It includes:

• Two air-conditioned bedrooms:
  • Main bedroom with a queen bed, sofa, and TV with IPTV
  • Second bedroom with two queen beds
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Full bathroom with hot water
• Wi-Fi access
• Private terrace

Property Layout

The complex, named INARA, contains three separate apartments within one property:

• Apartments #1 and #2 are on the ground floor
• Apartment #3 (Villa 3) is located upstairs

All apartments share:

• A centrally located swimming pool
• Parking lot with one guaranteed parking space per apartment

Additional parking is available outside the property on a dead-end street. Security cameras monitor the external areas.

Guest Access

Guests renting any of the INARA apartments have exclusive access to their unit and shared use of the common areas, which include:

• Swimming pool
• BBQ area
• Photobooth
• Parking spaces

Additional Information

• Quiet Hours: To ensure a restful environment for all guests, a quiet schedule is enforced starting at 10 p.m.
• Pets: One pet per villa is allowed with an additional fee of $10 per day. Pets must be declared at the time of booking.
• Extra Guests: Published rates cover up to four guests. Additional charges apply for bookings of five or six people.
