Accommodation
This unique home offers plenty of space to enjoy with your loved ones and can accommodate up to 26 guests for an additional cost.
- Guests 1–16 are included in the standard rate.
- From the 17th guest onward, each additional person costs $300.
- The number of rooms available depends on the number of guests:
- For fewer than 10 guests, 4 rooms will remain active.
- If you require all 7 rooms to be open, you must request this in advance.
Pool and Boiler
- The pool can be heated for an additional cost.
- Heated pool requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Boiler requests must also be submitted 24 hours in advance.
Pets
- A maximum of 2 small pets are allowed.
House Rules
- Smoking is not permitted inside the property. It is allowed only in designated outdoor areas, such as the terrace.
- Bath towels are not provided.
- Cleaning does not include washing dishes after departure.
- Please place all garbage in the subdivision’s dumpsters.
Events and Check-In Requirements
Family events that exceed the stated number of guests require a deposit and a signed letter of responsibility.
At check-in, the following information is mandatory:
- INE identification
- Vehicle license plate number
- Vehicle model
Without this information, check-in instructions will not be provided.

The place is very nice and well laid out for small and large groups. The pool is a very good size and there is a good-sized garden. It's close to the plaza. Very attentive to whatever is needed and always friendly Thanks again Great hosts

A good place to enjoy with the family. We were all comfortable, each in a room. Too many bathrooms, which is excellent. It has everything you need to have a good time. The pool for the little ones has a good temperature. Thank you, Lizeth

Everything was fine!! It was a very nice weekend. Both the girl in charge and the hosts were always very friendly, taking care of everything and helping me with my questions. Something I really loved was their chat. Not all hosts have that approach and are so quick to respond. I've been to several houses where they just leave you to your own devices.

Liz is very helpful and kind The house is very nice and spacious, the development is very quiet, we liked it a lot The pool is very nice, but it doesn't heat up that easily, it just stays warm. We had a nice time
