This beautiful beachfront condo is located in a small, 34-unit building in Costa Azul. The community primarily consists of full-time owners who appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of this boutique condominium. Please note that this rental is not suitable for parties or large groups. Quiet hours are strictly enforced by security to maintain a serene environment.
The property is conveniently situated just 20 minutes from the airport, near downtown, and directly on a walkable beach.
The condo is three years old and fully furnished with high-quality custom pieces. It is a well-equipped 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit located on the 4th floor, accessible by elevator or stairs.
The patio offers views of both the beach and the pool. Inside, you will find a fully stocked kitchen along with towels—including pool towels—and linens provided for your comfort.
You can enjoy a stroll along the beach to Zippers, a well-known surf restaurant. Alternatively, historic downtown San Jose del Cabo is just a 10-minute drive away.
A few days before your arrival, we will send a video explaining how to access the condo. Rental cars are available but should be reserved in advance. Full-time security is on site and will greet you upon arrival.
