A mosquito-netted playpen is available for babies and can be taken into the garden.

The stay includes:

• One body towel per person, excluding babies

Towels may not be taken to the pool. Please do not use them to clean shoes, or an additional charge will apply.

The marble kitchen is equipped with:

Services and Cleaning

Cleaning of the common areas is included. Pool chemicals are added at night; chemicals will not be added while guests are using the pool.

Kitchen assistance is available:

• Gaby can prepare meals and provide some cleaning assistance for 500 pesos per day.
• Julio can run errands and work as a bartender in exchange for a tip.

Capacity and Additional Charges

The standard rate includes up to 20 guests and five bedrooms.

• Additional bedrooms may incur a charge if fewer than 26 guests are staying.
• Additional guests cost 500 pesos per night, including children who can walk.
• Guests checking in and out for up to eight hours are charged 200 pesos per person, including children.
• The maximum overnight capacity is 37 guests.
• Heating the pool to a different temperature costs 2,500 pesos per boiler activation.
• Heating the Jacuzzi to 34°C costs 800 pesos.
• Special events and additional services incur extra charges.
• Late check-in or check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Guest Access

The property is located in a paved neighborhood and is easily accessible.

Guests may use all areas except:

• The service and maintenance staff apartment
• The engine room
• The warehouse

Upon arrival, staff will provide:

• Television controls
• Air-conditioning controls
• Instructions for the light and fan switches

Please turn off lights, fans, and air conditioning when leaving a room.

House Rules

• Do not place soft drinks or beer in the refrigerator. A large cooler and a cooling bucket are available in the canteen.
• Do not move furniture. If you need furniture rearranged in the palapa or garden, ask the staff for assistance.
• Dish soap and garbage bags are not included. Garbage bags cost 20 pesos each, and Gaby disposes of them.
• Charcoal for the grill and firewood for the campfire are not included.
• Confetti and balloons are prohibited in the pool and garden.
• Glass containers and glassware are strictly prohibited in the pool. An additional charge will apply for violations.
• Do not leave dirty dishes.
• Groups of young people under 25 years of age are not accepted.
• Pets are not allowed. Small pets may be accepted by exception for an additional charge, but they may not enter the house.
• Adults are responsible for supervising children.
• Guests are responsible for any damage, which will be charged at the time it occurs.
• The property is not responsible for vehicles parked outside the property.
• The property does not clean up bodily-fluid accidents.
• Additional services are subject to extra charges.
• Please read the house rules and share them with all members of your group.
