100 steps from the water, Tres Hermanas Beach Suite is located in West Bay Village, an oasis of privately owned homes on West Bay.
Tucked away, yet just a moments stroll to local bars and restaurants, this hidden gem is private and convenient. There is a beach area that offers all West Bay Village guests beach loungers and a marked swimming area.
Everything on West Bay Beach is within walking distance, so there is very little need for transport. Water taxis available if needed to West End.

The downstairs Beach Suite is a charming two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit, which includes an open floor plan and a spacious, private patio. The patio includes a dining area, hammock, and additional chairs.
- The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom as well as patio access.
- The second bedroom en-suite, has two extra-long twin beds that can easily be converted into a king bed (please provide preference prior to arrival) and offers patio access.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, microwave, refrigerator, and everything you need to enjoy your vacation.
- Tres Hermanas has air conditioning throughout (mini-split units), home generator, WiFi, barbeque grill, beach toys, books, and games for your enjoyment.
- Water cooler w/ unlimited use of 5-gallon bottles
- 4 people maximum.
- Check in time after 3:00 PM, check out time before 10:00 AM.
- Laundry service is available for a nominal fee.

Please note that construction of a residential home is currently underway on a neighboring lot in West Bay Village. Exterior work is expected to continue through the end of February/March 2026, while the entire project should be wrapped up in June 2026. While some noise may be heard during daytime hours, we’ve taken steps to ensure your comfort and a relaxing stay. If you have questions or issues, feel free to contact our property manager.

Other things to note Our family purchased the house in early 2022 and spent nearly a year planning, designing, and transforming Monkey LaLa, a rustic beach cabin, into Tres Hermanas Roatan, a luxurious beach house, to allow us to spend time in Roatan with our family, and our guests. We invested time and resources to make Tres Hermanas stand out among the typical vacation rental property with beautiful tile, flooring, cabinets, lighting, balconies, creative finishes, and furniture.

The place is fantastic, with 24-hour security ensuring safety. It’s just steps from West Bay Beach and nearby restaurants. Luke, the on-site manager, is available to answer questions quickly and assist with securing taxis and activities.

We absolutely loved our stay! This home is beautiful, comfortable, and in the perfect location right by the beach. The area felt safe and welcoming, and there was so much to do within walking distance—restaurants, shops, and plenty of things to enjoy. Everything was convenient, relaxing, and exactly what we hoped for. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Roatan. It truly exceeded all expectations! The property was exactly as advertised, and even better in person. You really get that perfect island vacation feel the moment you arrive. The location was incredible—close to beautiful beaches, crystal-clear water, safe, and everything you’d want for a relaxing yet fun island getaway. It made exploring Roatan so easy and enjoyable. The amenities were fantastic and everything was well-maintained, making our stay comfortable from start to finish. Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless. Check-in and check-out were effortless, which made traveling that much easier. If you’re looking for the perfect Roatan escape, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Spotlessly clean, fully equipped with quality sheets and towels — everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable, literally barefoot distance to the beach, with a shaded porch perfect for relaxing. The property manager Luke was the highlight — kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. He shared great island tips, organized excursions to explore Roatán, and arranged our airport shuttle both ways, making the whole trip completely stress-free. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time while at Matthew’s Airbnb. It had a very open layout and very clean. The surrounding beach houses make it a very safe and beach vibe feeling. The private beach was calm and not crowded. Luke helped out us out with arranging activities and was always very responsive. Highly recommend if you are wanting to stay in West Bay to stay here! We couldn’t have wished of a better experience!
