This hidden retreat offers privacy and convenience, positioned close to West Bay Beach's amenities while surrounded by lush tropical gardens. Guests have access to a designated beach area with loungers and a marked swimming zone. The suite is also a short walk from various bars and restaurants.
The Space
The downstairs Beach Suite is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit featuring an open floor plan. It includes a large patio equipped with a dining area, hammock, and extra seating to enjoy the pleasant weather.

Tres Hermanas is a two-story, two-unit house with covered parking. The upstairs unit, known as the Owner's Suite, offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. West Bay Village provides private 24/7 security and employs a full-time gardener to maintain the grounds. Guests can enjoy beach loungers and chairs provided exclusively for the community. The location also offers easy access to snorkeling and diving directly from the beach.
Additional Information
The property was purchased by the family in early 2022. They dedicated nearly a year to thoughtfully redesigning and renovating the former rustic beach cabin, Monkey LaLa, into Tres Hermanas Roatan—a stylish and comfortable beach house. The renovation includes beautiful tile work, flooring, cabinetry, lighting, balconies, creative finishes, and carefully selected furniture, all intended to create a distinctive vacation experience.

Loved the proximity to the beautiful beach! It was confusing to find as we drove. Might be helpful to mention you go through gate of the paradise hotel-think that was the name.

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Roatan. It truly exceeded all expectations! The property was exactly as advertised, and even better in person. You really get that perfect island vacation feel the moment you arrive. The location was incredible—close to beautiful beaches, crystal-clear water, safe, and everything you’d want for a relaxing yet fun island getaway. It made exploring Roatan so easy and enjoyable. The amenities were fantastic and everything was well-maintained, making our stay comfortable from start to finish. Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless. Check-in and check-out were effortless, which made traveling that much easier. If you’re looking for the perfect Roatan escape, this is it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Spotlessly clean, fully equipped with quality sheets and towels — everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable, literally barefoot distance to the beach, with a shaded porch perfect for relaxing. The property manager Luke was the highlight — kind, helpful, and went above and beyond. He shared great island tips, organized excursions to explore Roatán, and arranged our airport shuttle both ways, making the whole trip completely stress-free. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time while at Matthew’s Airbnb. It had a very open layout and very clean. The surrounding beach houses make it a very safe and beach vibe feeling. The private beach was calm and not crowded. Luke helped out us out with arranging activities and was always very responsive. Highly recommend if you are wanting to stay in West Bay to stay here! We couldn’t have wished of a better experience!

Perfect location with everything we needed! Luke was very friendly and helpful. He was there to get us checked in and help us with anything. We loved how close it was to the beach and the most incredible snorkeling. 🤿

We had an amazing stay at Tres Hermanos. The location is great. The property manager, Luke lives right next door and is very responsive. It is a perfect space for 2 couples or 1 couple and kids. They supplied all the kitchen things we needed to make meals. Only one thing I would caution you about. The upstairs was rented as well which was fine with us but not a lot of insulation on the floor. Since it is bigger and kids are involved up there if you are not an early riser you will be everyday. We heard every step they made in the morning. Otherwise great place!
