Casa del Arroyo is a modern nature retreat located just minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park. Set on a private 13-acre estate, the property includes forest trails, a creek, colorful gardens, and abundant wildlife.

The villa appears to float above the surrounding greenery, with expansive wooden decks that connect the home to its tropical setting. The main terrace overlooks the forest canopy and the namesake creek, providing an inviting place for morning coffee, quiet reading, or sunset conversations.

An infinity-edge plunge pool offers a refreshing escape surrounded by jungle views and birdsong. Guests can relax in the sun or enjoy the peaceful sounds of the forest.

The estate includes 5.5 hectares (13.6 acres) of private trails and gardens. Along the paths, you may encounter fruit trees, vibrant flowers, native vegetation, titi monkeys, white-faced capuchins, howler monkeys, deer, toucans, and scarlet macaws.

Interior Comfort and Layout

The air-conditioned interior features floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the home with natural light and create a seamless connection to the outdoors. The open-concept living area includes a comfortable sitting room with a 50-inch television and picture windows overlooking the gardens and forest.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances, a gas range, and everything needed to prepare meals ranging from casual breakfasts to chef-style dinners.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Casa del Arroyo accommodates up to five guests in two thoughtfully designed master suites. Each suite includes:

• A private bathroom
• Ample closet space
• Direct balcony access

The primary suite overlooks the pool and receives soft morning light. The second suite is located in the opposite wing for additional privacy.

A queen-size air mattress is available for one additional adult or two children.

Guests of Casa del Arroyo receive complimentary premium access to Blue Horizon Costa’s beach club at Espadilla Beach, located two miles from the villa.

The beach club includes:

Daily surf lessons are also available for all ages and experience levels, making them suitable for beginners, families, and anyone hoping to ride their first wave with expert guidance.

Transportation to the beach club is not included.

Casa del Arroyo is tucked away just 1.5 miles (approximately 2.4 kilometers) from Quepos and Marina Pez Vela, and only minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park.

The property can be reached from San José Airport by:

Important Information

Casa del Arroyo accommodates up to five people. The property has two bedrooms and also offers a queen-size air mattress for one additional adult or two children.

On-request services include:

• Spa treatments at the spa or in the villa
• Private chef services
• Housekeeping

Guests are welcome to use the kitchen during their stay. However, to protect the property and maintain quality and safety standards, only chefs employed by the company are authorized to work in the kitchen. Outside chefs and catering staff may not use the facilities.

For a private dining experience, an in-house chef can be arranged for an additional cost.

If beach or pool towels or rain umbrellas are lost or not returned at check-out, a replacement fee of $20 USD per item will apply.
