This lovely apartment also has an outdoors garden area for you to enjoy + shared pool. located in the best area in Santa Teresa. Only minutes away from stores, shops and the beach! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Also includes private parking, 24/7 security, wifi and use of a shared pool for our guests. Other things to note Santa Teresa is a beautiful and protected small town in the Nicoya peninsula, there's very little infraestructure and things like water and electricity might go out from time to time. This is something we all deal with all the time and it's very normal. Because of the wilderness of the place there's also a lot of animals and insects everywhere you go. This is the Santa Teresa experience !

Situation géographique parfaite : accès à la plage à quelques pas et complexe hôtelier à disposition. Sebastian est à l’écoute et réactif. La mitoyenneté du logement fait qu’on peut entendre le locataire d’à côté.

Great space with the use of hotel amenities and a very convenient location. There is a great restaurant right on site, or else lots of options within walking distance for dining, grocery and nightlife. Super easy access to the beach and surf. Sebastian is a very responsive and friendly host.

I spent nearly 3 weeks at Sebastian's place and it was an unforgettable experience. The property is nestled in a stunning jungle resort, offering a unique blend of nature and privacy. Waking up to the sounds of beautiful birds, squirrels and howler monkeys was truly magical - the private patio and table tennis added to the charm. The location is perfect - very close to the supermarket, cafes, restaurants and everything you need in Santa Teresa, yet still feels like a peaceful retreat. The resort's amenities were very nice and it was great to have access to them while enjoying the privacy of our own space. Being just a few steps away from the ocean meant breathtaking sunsets. The place was spotless, with weekly cleaning, good AC and high-speed internet, making it ideal for remote work. Sebastian was very responsive and helpful with all my questions and the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Had to cancel (or tried to). Never did stay at Sebastian's place, although I am certain it would have been more than adequate. He struck me as a gracious, sincere, and forthright host whom I would normally hesitate trying to connect with again. Site unseen, but going with my gut, a solid 4 of 5 stars for what I am certain would have been a memorable stay.

What a sweet little hidden gem, I truly enjoyed staying in Sebastian’s place. As it’s cared for by the resort it’s not as meticulously maintained as a persons rental home but it’s all the most needed things, clean, cool, safe & private. It’s brilliant in its simplicity and quite cozy. Note that the chairs facing the water are NOT in front of any window or door to this unit, but on the larger resort property. Which is awesome and a fantastic fringe benefit!

This Airbnb is inside the hotel area and so it was such a beautiful space to walk through and to use the amenities, while also having your own private loft with full kitchen. it was such a great surprise!
