Everything was excellent and Jorge provided excellent service. Everything was very good.

An incredible stay. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the photos. The host was always attentive and very accessible in terms of hours, since we had issues with the flights. He was accessible at all times. The place was incredible with spectacular views. We will definitely return.

It has access to the open sea beach, comfortable, designed to provide comfort in every aspect, and there is an Oxxo nearby. It is a complex of accommodations, with common pools and Jacuzzi. Ideal for families, super quiet. Pending at all times. It has a kitchen with everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay in the villa. The pictures are the same as in person. It had all the necessary items. There is an OXXO, a pharmacy, and a market in front of the building. Though it was a bit hard if you take older adults since the kitchen and other bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Otherwise great place. There was construction going on the street, so the busses weren't stopping for us and we had to walk further to catch it.

3rd time at this complex but first time at this apartment and it was fantastic, very responsive host and clean and convenient apartment

We absolutely loved this place!!! It was spacious, clean, well-equipped, the beds were so comfortable, and the views from the balcony were spectacular! In terms of location - it has a pool which is by the beach, right across Kulkulan plaza mall, and also has a pharmacy and Oxxo convenience store right outside the gate. Jorge was very responsive and attentive to our needs. He addressed all our questions in a very timely manner. Thank you!!!

We were 5 family nembers from New York, London and Michigan for 2 nights there. Before we reach the location, never thought the ocean view was faced as a private beach. You can watch magical colors of water from balcony, living room and kitchen too and enjoy to take sunbath, walk at the Seashore or play with tides. You can enjoy swimming in the separate swimming pool anytime. Two stared bed rooms and all kitchen items were great to stay more days for a family vacation.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Jorge and Joaquin’s two-story condo in Cancun. The location is unbeatable, and the corner unit offered stunning views along with a great sense of privacy. It was incredibly easy to walk across the street to the mall or head out to nearby restaurants, and access to the pool and beach was just as convenient. We especially appreciated the lifeguards on duty. This area of the ocean can have strong undercurrents, and they were always attentive and helpful, guiding guests to safe areas, which made us feel very comfortable. Jorge and Joaquin were very friendly and easy to communicate with, making everything seamless from start to finish. Thank you for such a memorable stay for my sister and me, my adult son, and my 11-year-old son. We would absolutely love to stay at any of your properties again in the future!
