We really enjoyed our stay. The two apartments were very clean and well stocked. The rooftop with the pool and the gathering areas was amazing. They even offered us a complementary cleaning in the middle of our stay. The only negative aspect was the fact that we had a hard time retrieving the keys out of the lockboxes. The instructions were a little bit confusing. Other than than, the experience was fabulous.

The house is spectacular. It's a fairly spacious and clean space with a lot of attention to detail. As a large group, we loved the accommodation. It was definitely an excellent choice at a very good price.

Amazing stay at the house. Super recommended. First of all, everything is just like the photos or better. Not to mention the terrace, which exceeds all expectations. On the other hand, they were always very attentive to all the details, contacting us daily in cases where we needed them and responding and resolving instantly. One of the best customer services of all the trips I have made through the platform. There were 14 of us friends and everyone was satisfied with everything. If we went back to Tulum, we would definitely choose it again.

Disappointment upon arrival. The business that appeared in the photos was closed and for sale. In fact, there were a lot of shops and homes for sale. The neighborhood is pitiful and it's unfortunate. In the kitchen, a cabinet door does not hold, a patio door is difficult to open and the whole thing has aged badly. It rained and on 2 occasions part of the apartment was flooded, under the pool the ceiling leaks a little. However, our host was very active in responding to every little glitch (a faulty air conditioner, another that flowed abundantly). She sent us the cleaning crew twice and they did a great job. The entire villa is very user-friendly especially with regard to bathrooms and shower rooms and of course the roof, its swimming pool and numerous chairs. The roof is awesome. So you have to lower expectations. We still had a great time.

Phoenix was a great host. She was proactive and quick to respond when we needed her. All in all, we had a lovely stay, the space of the two apartments is ideal for large groups, but they are in a worse condition than you imagine when looking at the photos, especially for some bathrooms and kitchen.
