Overview

Casa Acacia Sma is located in a gated community with:

The house accommodates up to 14 guests. Up to 16 guests may be accepted for an additional fee.

The Space

Every area of the house was thoughtfully designed and decorated to create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere.

The property includes:

• Six bedrooms, each with air conditioning, heating, a private bathroom, and a smart television
• Three half bathrooms
• A private swimming pool
• A rooftop with spectacular views
• A living room
• A spacious terrace
• A fully equipped kitchen

The bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses and blackout curtains for restful sleep. Three bedrooms also include desks for working from home or homeschooling.

The rooftop has an industrial-style design and includes:

• Foosball table
• Television
• Kitchenette
• Bar
• Card table
• Living area
• Spectacular views

The terrace features:

• Dining table for 14 people
• Bar
• Television
• Small living area
• Barbecue

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for your stay, so you only need to bring your groceries.

The swimming pool is equipped with solar panels. During cold, rainy, or winter weather, pool heating is available for an additional cost of $800 per day.

Guest Access

A few days before your arrival, I will contact you to coordinate your check-in and provide the necessary information.

The house has a smart lock. I will send you:

• Your entry code
• The network name and Wi-Fi password
• The property address
• The shared location
• Arrival instructions

To process your entry authorization with the subdivision administration, please provide:

• A guest list with the first and last names of all guests
• Vehicle details, including model, color, and license plates
• Photos of the identification documents of all adult guests staying at the house

Location

The house is located in the La Escondida subdivision, approximately 10 minutes by car from the city center.

Nearby amenities include:

• La Comercial Mexicana supermarket, commonly known as La Comer
• Fruit shop
• Pharmacy
• Oxxo convenience store
• Restaurants and cafés

Additional Services

Housekeeping during your stay is available for $600 per day. Please let me know in advance if you would like to arrange this service.

• Cleaning hours: 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• No cleaning service is available on May 1, December 25, or January 1.
• A three-hour late checkout is available for $800. Checkout must be completed before 3:00 p.m.

Important Information

If appliances, televisions, or other equipment malfunction due to circumstances beyond our control, we appreciate your understanding.

Unexpected situations may arise. Although we make every effort to address them, some issues cannot be anticipated or resolved immediately.

For safety and access reasons, technicians or maintenance staff cannot be sent to the property during an emergency unless a guest is present to meet them.

We are not responsible for situations or incidents occurring within the condominium that are beyond our control.
