Die Unterkunft Loras liegt sehr schön und privat mitten im Dschungel. Besonders der Poolbereich ist komfortabel gestaltet und bietet eine tolle Aussicht, hier kann man gut entspannen und die ruhige Umgebung genießen. Ein paar Punkte haben uns aber gestört. Im Poolbereich sind Kameras installiert, die auf die Liegewiese und den Grillbereich gerichtet sind. Sicherheit ist verständlich, trotzdem fanden wir es unangenehm, dass Bereiche gefilmt werden, in denen man sich oft im Badeanzug aufhält. Die Dusche war leider meist kalt und die Sauberkeit im Bad, vor allem im Duschbereich, hätte besser sein können. Außerdem waren beide Klimaanlagen recht laut, sodass wir sie nachts ausgeschaltet haben. Insgesamt tolle Lage und schöner Poolbereich, aber mit Abstrichen bei Komfort und Privatsphäre.

The location was ok as long as you’ve got transportation. The layout was good for our family. However, it wasn’t cleaned well. There were whisker hairs from shaving all over the sink and long hairs stuck on the floor in the bathroom. There were multiple dead bugs through the house including one with ants on the kitchen counter. We’ve stayed in many places in Costa Rica and a key to managing the insects is to keep everything clean and food put away. Yes insects happen but we’ve always found places clean upon arrival. There was also what we thought was sand on the bedside table / bed frame. When I indicated that I noticed we were advised it was termites and it was booked to be dealt with. Overall the cleanliness / maintenance of the property could be improved. (Windows, Fans etc need cleaning as well). It was also advertised that there was a safe which there was not. When I inquired they realized it was a mistake in the listing.

Viviana's Property was stunning, lush and beautifully done. It was very comfortable for our stay. We had great communication throughout our stay. There is no cell service here and unfortunetly the wifi was not working either so we had to drive to town to work during the days but she did send someone out to try and fix the issue but was never resolved. Also the hot water worked intermittently for a minute at a time so beware of that. Althought it is a very secluded and you think you have total privacy be aware that there are multiple hidden cameras throughout the property watching every angle on the outside. Thank you :)

Hermoso lugar! Estuvimos muy cómodos durante los 12 días que estuvimos ahí. La casa es muy cómoda y está bien equipada y se encuentra a solo 10 minutos de la playa (en coche). Hermosa zona de la piscina! Agradecemos la flexibilidad del check out! Solo algunas recomendaciones para mejorar: - renovar bolsas de basura y papel higiénico cada 3-4 días y retirar la basura (lo teníamos que pedir constantemente) y el papel higiénico se debería considerar por toda la estadía, no solo para 3 días - el a/c de la segunda habitación es bastante antiguo y muy ruidoso, de todas formas funciona pero se podría renovar

Magnifique casa à 5 minutes de voiture de la plage . Dans une jungle luxuriante avec beaucoup d’oiseaux, se réveiller au son des toucans chaque matin etait paradisiaque. Magnifique séjour

Die Unterkunft war grandios! Nach unserer dreistündigen Anfahrt aus San José kamen wir in der malerischen Unterkunft an. Vom Pool aus hat man einen super Blick auf den Pazifik. Unsere Kinder liebten den Pool. Die Unterkunft selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Auf der Anlage selbst fühlt man sich gleich wie zu Hause. Strände sind in der Nähe mit dem Auto (ca 10-15min) erreichbar. Die Unterkunft kann ich zu 100% empfehlen, wenn wir in der Nähe von Uvita Urlaub machen wollt.
