Beachfront house with ocean view. We spent our vacation in a wonderful place.

The house is 5 minutes from the surfing spot, Panga Drops, and 30 minutes from Pico Colorado. You can do it by walking along the beach. We want to go back.

Nsr gives its full support. Whenever I call them, they promptly respond.

Amazing villa A-13. We have travelled all over the world and this is one of our top 3 stays.

Gorgeous ocean view, beautiful pool, beds comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

NSR was responsive and helpful and we had a great comfortable stay for 7 days.

The surf was epic and it was a 1 min walk from our place.

Pilis kitchen inside the resort was hands down some of the best food we have ever had. We ate there 4x.

The little market was great for eggs,coffee,yogurt and ice cream.

Maria’s store was great for souvenirs and handmade bags that I bought.

Overall just a relaxing wonderful place!!

Super nice accommodation a short walk to the beach and pool. Impeccable housekeeping service. NSR responded very quickly to our questions and requests. The only negative point is that the accommodation is 45 minutes from a regular grocery store and gas station. The small markets nearby can help out.

Pleasant stay overall.

The premises were clean, however an unpleasant smell came from the bathroom, probably from the floor drain. The service was excellent and very much appreciated. The dishes provided were the bare minimum: sufficient, but nothing more. The space was a little small for four people, but we still managed to accommodate it well.

This location is amazing with access to 3 incredible surf breaks. This is a very well maintained and serviced area of Nicaragua with friendly people all around.

Host only lost points as the outlets in our unit did not work for the last 24 hours of our stay

Location with beach access and extraordinary view. On the other hand, a refresh of the apartment would be necessary because it is clean but aging. For example, windows and mosquito nets are in poor condition. A car or golf cart is required to get around Iguana. The team is helpful and responsive

We love traveling to Iguana on holidays, the pool was clean, the sea was just the right temperature and the other people staying on other villas were respectful and clean. The service lady is always proactive and helps us with clothes and keeping everything tidy. Highly recommend for small families.

Perfect vacation at Villas Iguana. The staff is really friendly and the host Su was responsive and flexible to accommodate us with our requests. The backyard is beautiful with an amazing front beach view. We enjoyed the sunset on every evening.

We rented this place for a work-from-home trip and loved the location—it’s right on the beach with a pool just steps from the condo. The beach is beautiful and one of the best we visited in Nicaragua. You can relax, surf, golf, or explore many other activities nearby.

The condo has everything you need, though the furniture isn’t luxury, and there’s some wear and tear (like broken screen doors and older cabinets), but it’s still a great space overall.

There was a slight smell once, but the NSR team is very responsive and quickly addressed any concerns. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!

Hello John, as I had mentioned, we were unaware that there was an issue with the water pressure and hot water. Please remember that we are always available to help and resolve any issues that arise. Our team is quick to respond as long as we know there is a problem. Our cleaning staff always prepares the beds with fresh sheets and blankets for all of our guests the day they arrive.

We love getting up in the morning to walk on the beach , do yoga , and surf . Perfect location !!!! Amazing beach. The staff of the condo was super friendly : pool guy , security guard at night so we left the doors open to get ocean breeze !
