Condo is on a beautiful resort with a mini market ice cream parlor and Starbucks. It is family friendly which is a plus given I was traveling with my parents and child. The staff was friendly and we were received with margaritas, chips, salsa, and guacamole. Would stay here again

Great large condo, beautiful view, great location with access to beach. Great pool area and bars and restaurants. Easy to get into downtown Cabo in less than 5 minutes.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa La Estancia. Marcie's condo is in fantastic condition, on the 6th floor, with morning sun. The staff at the resort were very nice and we love being able to walk to town. Definitely would recommend!

What a beautiful condo ! We were greeted by name and welcomed with drinks, chips and salsa. The condo is very spacious and clean and the view is amazing.

Unfortunately, it seemed like the resort wasnât expecting us upon arrival which led to a long delay getting checked in. I wasnât sent instructions for check-in and reached out to Marcie upon landing at the airport. I didnât hear back until the following morning. Luckily after a long delay, the resort let us in the front gate. After another long delay, the front desk was able to figure out which unit we booked through Airbnb. Walking into the unit, it was clear guests werenât expected. Dirty dishes in sink, trashcans left on the table, outdoor cushions housed in the living room & bedroom. The opposite of being greeted with margaritas as other guests have mentioned. The luggage handler even mentioned, âit doesnât look like they were expecting you.â Not what we wanted to experience after a long international travel day. This was my first time booking this kind of resort through Airbnb, I will be hesitant to do so again after this experience. The resort, unit, and location were great.

Beautiful place and really enjoyed Only one thing that upset us was checkin as it was as though we did not exist and took ages to locate our booking also there was no mention that we had requested early check-in if available as my guest had flown from Australia and was tired and dirty The other item was that the extra taxes were not mentioned and also the fact that they wanted $1,000 deposit All this should be explained so it does not come out of the blue I

We had a fabulous time in Cabo at Marcie's Villa. Location is perfect, so close to downtown. Can walk the beach in 30 minutes to the Marina or 5 to parasail, jet ski, eat and swim. Villa's are clean, spacious and perfect for a large family. View is wonderful and the staff and are kind and helpful. We had the best time and would come back to the same place again. Thank you for sharing your lovely Villa with us for 6 days!

The place is beautiful and it has pool view and ocean view from balcony. Everything was great, the only downside was a sliding door problem in the living room, we took our 3 year old son and we were all eyes on him since the living room balcony sliding door lock was broken. Just be aware of that if you decide to take your toddlers. Other than that, the place is great. House keeper came sporadically to clean the house and provide items. Itâs it wonderful .
