This luxury main house is part of a private, gated multi-structure villa located in the coastal foothills of Playa Ventanas. Situated just 32 kilometers south of Dominical in Ojochal, Costa Rica, the villa offers stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from the master bedroom and the pool-level room.

Location

Nestled in the lush environment of Costa Rica’s South Pacific zone, the villa is approximately 30 minutes north of the Osa Peninsula, one of the most biologically diverse regions globally. The surrounding rainforest comes alive each morning with wildlife such as howler monkeys, white-faced monkeys, spider monkeys, toucans, and the striking neon blue Morpho butterflies, which are often seen in the mornings.

The property offers breathtaking views of sunrises and sunsets over the Pacific Ocean and the Osa Peninsula, creating an unforgettable setting.

The nearby town of Ojochal, located in the Puntarenas province, provides access to numerous beach activities, sightseeing, and local attractions. The villa is a 25-minute drive north from Palma Del Sur airport.
