The Space

This townhome offers three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, along with a powder room on the main level.

Two bedrooms are located on the lower level. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds, which can be converted into a king-size bed upon request.

The third bedroom is on the main level, just off the kitchen, with direct access to the gated patio. It features a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle and a private bathroom, making it a comfortable option for adults or teenagers.

This bedroom functions as a private suite while remaining conveniently connected to the rest of the home.

Guest Access

For an enhanced resort experience, visit Puerto Beach Club and Hotel Indigo, both located approximately five minutes away by golf cart.

Puerto Beach Club

Hotel Indigo Beach Club

• Saltwater infinity pool

Access to both beach clubs requires a minimum food and beverage consumption of $45 USD per adult, per day. This is not an admission fee; the full amount is credited toward food and drinks, as is common at many resort beach clubs throughout Baja California Sur.

Beach Access

You are welcome to enjoy the beach without visiting either club. The beach is open to everyone, and access does not require entry to Puerto Beach Club.

Park the golf cart next to the tennis courts, then follow the short walking path to the beach. For a more comfortable visit, consider bringing:

• A beach umbrella
• A cooler with your preferred refreshments
• Beach chairs

Relax by the water, enjoy the beautiful shoreline of Puerta Cortés, and take in the views of the Sea of Cortés.

Important Pool Notice

Las Colinas Residential Administration is currently completing an unforeseen repair to the infinity pool in this section. The pool has been temporarily closed since May 19 and will remain out of service until further notice.

Hours and Consumption Requirements

Puerto Beach Club

• Hours: 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
• Minimum consumption: 800 pesos per adult, per day
• Kitchen hours: 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Hotel Indigo

• Hours: 9:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.
