The Space
This recently renovated townhouse offers a spacious, modern, and fully equipped living environment. It is situated within a secure, premium gated community featuring 24-hour manned security and controlled access. The property includes a security alarm system, high-speed Wi-Fi with extended coverage, and a high-quality sound system. Guests benefit from complimentary daily hotel-style cleaning services.
Transportation to and from Managua is available around the clock with a private driver for an additional fee. Advance reservations are required. Special discounted rates apply for long-term stays.
All areas and amenities of the house are private and exclusively for guest use.
Guest Access
The property features a private pool and a dedicated barbecue area. During the rainy season (May to November), a 4x4 vehicle is recommended. Car rentals can be arranged with prior notice. Cooking and chef services are available upon inquiry.
Other Details
In the event of a power outage, an automatic generator provides approximately two hours of electricity. If guests wish to continue using the generator beyond this period, a fee of $20 per hour applies.
Please note that the sixth bedroom, which contains a bunk bed, is located outside the main house with its own private entrance accessed via stairs. This room is not recommended for children or elderly guests.
One 20-liter bottle of drinking water is provided free of charge per stay. Additional water needs are the responsibility of the guests.

I spent two nights at the house with my best friends to celebrate my birthday, and honestly, the house exceeded all of our expectations. There were 16 of us, plus two pets, and Mario was kind enough to let us bring them at no additional cost, which we really appreciated. Wendy, the housekeeper, was wonderful, she was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. She answered all of our questions promptly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house is huge, beautiful, spacious, and the perfect place to spend a vacation or celebrate a special occasion. We also appreciated that the extra electricity usage wasn’t an issue. We were respectful and responsible with our consumption, so the additional usage was minimal, and we were able to fully enjoy our stay without even needing to leave the house. Mario, our host, was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating from start to finish. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back as soon as possible. Tysm!

Muy agradable la estancia pero considerablemente el tema de lo watts es un robo porque es demasiado poco para una estancia incluso de 1 día, tambien fue dificil llegar porque el waze no ubicaba bien porque ahora hay una nueva entrada y perdimos 1 hora dando vueltas

Esta fue mi segunda estadía en esta propiedad y nuevamente tuve una excelente experiencia. El alojamiento se mantiene impecable, cómodo y exactamente como se describe.
