Important Information
- During the rainy season, from May through November, a four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended.
- If commercial electricity fails, an automatic generator is available. To use generator power, please inform the housekeeper. The cost is $30 per hour.
- The sixth bedroom is located in the exterior area of the house and is accessed via outdoor stairs through its own private entrance. It is not recommended for children or elderly adults.

This place was just amazing. Mario was very responsive and friendly. The lady that awaits for you to check in was just kind and very friendly, she was responsive and explained everything in details, very lovely experience with her. The house was clean and functional, the kitchen had everything we needed, the restrooms were clean, the towels were clean and well organized, the beds and rooms were well organized and clean. The pool was clean and very relaxing, the furniture in places and the house was amazing decorated. The location had an amazing atmosphere and view and we didn’t have any issues with neighbors or the house itself. If you’re looking to spend a day in Los Altos de San Juan, that’s the right place. People should look forward working with Mario as he’s an amazing host and person. Very friendly, I’ll look forward to go back with my family. Nothing bad happens, nothing more than just good experiences.

I spent two nights at the house with my best friends to celebrate my birthday, and honestly, the house exceeded all of our expectations. There were 16 of us, plus two pets, and Mario was kind enough to let us bring them at no additional cost, which we really appreciated. Wendy, the housekeeper, was wonderful, she was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. She answered all of our questions promptly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house is huge, beautiful, spacious, and the perfect place to spend a vacation or celebrate a special occasion. We also appreciated that the extra electricity usage wasn’t an issue. We were respectful and responsible with our consumption, so the additional usage was minimal, and we were able to fully enjoy our stay without even needing to leave the house. Mario, our host, was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating from start to finish. Without a doubt, we’ll be coming back as soon as possible. Tysm!
