Casa Oasis del Mar is situated within the gated community of Punta San Francisco, a luxury neighborhood just one block from the ocean. It lies near Tamarindo Point and offers easy access to both Tamarindo and Langosta beaches.
The property is approximately one mile from the center of Tamarindo, reachable by a 15-minute walk along Tamarindo’s famous beach. Tamarindo offers a variety of restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and excellent surfing at Playa Tamarindo.
In the opposite direction is Langosta Beach, accessible via two private beach gates a short walk from the home. Crossing the Playa Langosta estuary leads to miles of pristine, quiet shoreline with white sand and abundant trees.

We had an amazing stay at Oasis Del Mar. The home is just as pictured, but in fact, it is even better in person. The highlight is the infinity pool and outdoor space which centered all of our activities. The home is well equipped and very comfortable all around. We loved the option of opening up the sliding doors all the way to create truly indoor/outdoor living. The home is just a short walk to the beach. You can also walk into town, although it is a long walk when it’s hot and humid outside. Next time we would rent a golf cart. We hired chef Lindell to prepare a dinner for us through AirBNB and it was a highlight of our trip!

Host were very responsive via messaging or phone. House was incredibly beautiful with everything we needed. Very quiet. Tv by swim up pool bar was perfect to watch a game while enjoying the pool. Large washer and dryer. Midweek housekeeping was an added bonus. Highly recommend.

We booked Oasis Del Mar for parents and 6 adult kids and significant others. Was exactly as pictured beautiful home, private gorgeous pool with plenty of space to hang out. We rented golf carts to go to town area but lots of restaurants within walking distance. Added amenities included access to the beach club and fitness center down the street. Was perfect week for our group of 8. Would definitely book them again. Everyone at Tropical Vacations was friendly and so responsive.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The spacious layout, well-stocked kitchen, and impeccable cleanliness made for a delightful stay. The property is exactly as described, with the added bonus of being just a stone's throw away from the beach. The level of comfort and privacy provided made this experience truly exceptional. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this place and would come back. It was clean, quiet, very close to some nice restaurants. We loved that we could be in the hub bub of activity, or go home to our quiet little clean place and chill. Lovely spot!!

Large modern house, with a nice pool in a complex that is currently being built The enclosed courtyard gives plenty of privacy but does not allow for a view Super equipped with everything you want

Amazing house! Amazing pool! The house was more stunning in person. Space for everyone. We loved the Sonos outside at the pool. The house was so inviting that we probably spent more time there then we normally would. The only issue was that the bunk bed room didn’t have its own bathroom. The primary bedroom is next to that room so our kids just used our shower. The home is a quick stroll to Longosta beach or quick golf cart ride to the beach club or Tamarindo. Loved that we had access to the beach club! We had a great time there when we spent the full day at the beach. They had lunch, drinks and live entertainment. They were also able to accommodate setting up last minute surf lessons. When we come back to Tamarindo we would absolutely stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our 2 families! We loved the walkable location to town and everything about the house from the layout, to the cleanliness, to the amazing pool! We would definitely stay again! My only feedback for locating this property is that it would’ve been helpful to state that we should turn into the gated community at the “punta San Francisco” sign - we had trouble finding it but once there, it was pure perfection! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Gorgeous place, very convenient to two amazing beaches, reasonable walk to action in Tamarindo (both via beach and sidewalk), well-designed amenities, lots of places to relax, responsive staff to minor issues with safe and entry keypad, secure and safe, nothing but good things to say!

lola and her counterpart were very informative and prompt with responding. All in all everything went great and the house was great and well stocked. with that said, bring your own carbon monoxide detector. would stay here again for sure. Beach was super close and was good location close to everything. thank you for the memories! Lorena
