exelente todo,muy amplio,hermosa vista,muy limpio,un dispenser de agua muy práctico con agua fria y caliente,todo lo necesario para cocinar.Los chicos disponibles en todo momento para cualquier duda o recomendación.Hay una pequeña playa a pasos con bastante oleaje , y disponibilidad con 1 camastro,sombrilla y toallas a 800m en playa norte,la zona mas linda de playa (incluido).

Perfect location. Beautiful ocean view. Everything was within a few minutes walk. Very quiet area. Had questions during the stay and host was very responsive.

This place was amazing. If you are concidering booking, do it. The pictures don't do it justice, the view is amazing and the area is quite and tucked away. It has enough room for the entire family or for a couple looking for extra room. We enjoyed the coffee provided in the morning, the pool for relaxing after a long day or just wanting to escape the heat, and the TV and cool and comfortable beds in the evening. The hosts were attentive and very helpful. We will absolutely stay here again.

Only one word to describe my stay and the place: Perfection. Miguel was the best, communication was more than excellent, he and the crew helped us with everything we needed. I loved the amazing kitchen, I used it every day. Walking distance for everything we needed. And the super plus: Zama Beach club was included with our stay. We got our “beach living room” every day plus. a discount on our food/drinks every day. We loved every minute there. Miguel let us keep our luggage until 5pm, when we took the ferry back to Cancun. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Wonderful location…close to the downtown, beach club, and ferry. Spotless accommodations - everything was clean & readily available. Loved the filtered water. Groceries were ordered and placed in refrigerator before we arrived. Loved the Zama Beach Club passes. Very responsive and hospitable host! Thank you, Luis, Miguel, and Melania for a wonderful time!

Our family had a great stay at Luis’s place - the location and condo are excellent. We could walk to everything we needed but we did rent a golf cart to tour around the entire island. The view is amazing and the pool out back is nice to relax after a day of activity - also a plus for this East facing condo- the seating area and pool have afternoon shade. The condo has some pool towels as well. We enjoyed having the cold water in the condo a big plus and the access to Zama beach club was also excellent - anytime we ask we had a quick response from Luis with a reservation / from Zama it’s easy to walk the entire Playa Norte.

Great place. Very clean and comfortable. AC worked great which is so important to some of us!! Pool was right outside the door and was practically a private pool. Host was very responsive. She even came out at 11:30pm to unlock the safe on our last night. I had somehow messed up the combination. We went to the beach club (included in rental) one day and it was so nice. Really good food and very attentive hosts. Great experience!! Water was supplied which was so nice. I emailed late one night and they brought a refill the next morning. Our towels were changed out after 4 nights which was also nice. Will definitely be back.
