The Space
- No Airbnb fees, no cleaning fees, no cleaning chores, and no air conditioning fees at Colina Escondida (Hidden Hill).
- Additional second bedroom available for larger groups.

- 8,000 liters of water tank storage to ensure water availability, as water shortages are common in San José del Cabo and nearby homes.
- Multiple uninterruptible power supply (UPS) batteries maintain high-speed fiber Wi-Fi during brief power outages.

Pool and Plunge Tub
- Saltwater pool located a few steps uphill behind the house, overlooking downtown.
- Pool area includes an additional bathroom and outdoor shower.
- The pool is shared with us and guests staying in our studio cabaña, a smaller home on the property.
- Freshwater plunge tub at the top of the property accommodates 6 to 8 people and offers panoramic ocean views of the beach, town, and sunsets.
Guest Access
- Full use of the kitchen with all appliances, tools, and spices.
- Indoor and outdoor lounge spaces, including the daybed, office nook, gas grill, and dining area.
- 24/7 access to the saltwater pool and freshwater plunge tub, shared with hosts and other guests in the studio cabaña.
- Private parking is not available for cars, only small spaces for motorcycles and ATVs.
- Free public street parking is available 50 meters from the top of the street and 80 meters from the bottom of the hill.
- Secured paid parking near the beach is also an option.

During Your Stay
- Communicate with us via the Airbnb app for any questions or assistance.
- Manuel, our groundskeeper, is available occasionally to address concerns in person. He maintains the pool, landscaping, and property 3 to 4 days per week and can assist with errands or pickups. He is also learning English.
- We, the hosts, enjoy meeting guests and can introduce you to the town if desired. We respect your preference for interaction, whether frequent or minimal.
Other Things to Note
- The home is situated 35 meters above sea level and requires a short but steep climb up a hill.
- Healthy guests can reach the house in about 2 minutes on foot.
- This climb may not be suitable for individuals with asthma, heart or breathing conditions, knee problems, injuries, or mobility difficulties.
- Please inform us if you or your travel companions have any concerns about this climb.

We had the best stay at Jimmi and Fusun's place. Both were very nice, welcoming, and helpful. We felt comfortable right away and even extended our stay. The location is ideal because it's easy to get anywhere in town and to the beach on foot, while being in a quiet and safe area. The house is beautiful, clean, and everything is well thought out for the comfort of the guests. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views of the city and the sea, the swimming pool, the sunsets from the hot tub at the top of the hill, and the company of the adorable kittens. We highly recommend it (and we would even have liked to stay there forever).

We were very well hosted by our hosts! Our hosts were always very responsive to our questions and provided lots of nice touches. The accommodation is amazing, with several beautiful views, and the pool and terrace are very nice for enjoying the outdoors. We loved it and will be back! Jimmi is an amazing host and his home is just as amazing. You have all the ingredients to have a great stay: a huge terrace to relax and enjoy very beautiful views (and even more from the top of the property where you can see the entire bay), a beautiful and large bedroom with all the amenities and its private shower room (with hot water, which is rare in Nicaragua), free access to the kitchen, a beautiful swimming pool to cool off. A big thank you Jimmi for your hospitality, kindness, availability, help, responsiveness and humor. Lots of happiness to you 2 and the 2 "gangsters" of the house 😉

Wonderful place! Great location, walking distance to food, bars, beach, shopping, etc. Room was nice and clean with thoughtful amenities. AC worked well, pool was wonderful, overall just a great place to stay. View was lovely, there is a little bit of a hike up the street it’s on, but we were told about it before booking, so we were aware. Hosts were very responsive and gave great recommendations for the things we asked. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay all around! We stayed at Jimmis place for 3 nights and would definitely return if we come back to San Juan in the future. The location was perfect, a quick 3 minute scooter ride into town and the beach. The details really stood out here - Turkish towels, nice smelling soap, comfortable beds, a spotlessly clean space, the "Honor drawer" where you can purchase things you may need if you don't want to run into town(what a great idea). I believe this was the first HOT shower we had in Central America after a couple weeks of travelling. The pool was refreshing and the views from the plunge tub were fantastic. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jimmi's house. We loved it so much, this was our second time staying here within 1 week. We were in San Juan area hosting a retreat and utilized Jimmi's space for pre and post-retreat landing spaces, which was amazing. He was super responsive to all our questions, gave us some amazing recommendations, and was flexible with check-ins and out when able to do so. When we arrived both times, we were greeted with delicious infused fruit water. Which was super refreshing after the stairs. This place is up a hill and some stairs, which really was not an issue for us at all, and really got your cardio in. The view from the top looking down onto San Juan was gorgous and there was also an amazing pool to swim in during the hot days. We also loved the outdoor shower and large bathing connecting our two rooms together. We will definitely be staying here again next time we come to San Juan. Amazing hosts, and amazing space!
