Place was amazing. Dead end no traffic location but 5 minutes to the action. Clean and fun space . Juan Felipe’ seemlessly handled the logistics for a multinational group arriving at different times speaking different languages. He was there to meet us personally and made our group very welcome and go over how the spa worked. The experience was flawless and I will be returning to Medellín for my next event. Thanks very much!

The place was really nice! Loved the balcony view. The steam room was much needed & worth the add on. Juan at the front desk made it feel right at honeymoon. 10/10

Thank you to our wonderful hosts for helping us feel right at home! The area this Airbnb is located is wonderful and we felt safe the entire time. Our family would like to give a special shoutout to Juan Felipe who went above and beyond to make sure our family was well taken care of when it came to breakfast as well as demonstrating patience while explaining how to use all of the amenities. We would love to come back and stay with Pinnacle Group!
