I would start by describing the benefits: Comfortable beds, clean house, well-equipped kitchen. It is 1 block from the sea, there is no extra charge for electricity, and it is not far from Managua. The downside was the constant power outages. One of them lasted 3 hours. The house needs infrastructure maintenance. My toilet wouldn't flush. I had to put my hand in the tank to flush it. The pool was quite dirty. The next day, it was covered in mud, and you couldn't smell the chlorine. There's only a dining room for 4 people. My family felt very uncomfortable eating on the armchairs. The caretaker came in like he owned the place. He didn't ask if he could come in. The Internet is terrible. There's no signal on cell phones or in the house, and when there is, it's very unstable. I don't recommend it for people who need internet for their day-to-day life. I wouldn't spend my vacation in that house again.

Very good house, conditions and atmosphere. Finding the location requires coordination in advance, but it's worth it. There are no stores nearby, so you have to be prepared.

Kimberly's house is beautiful and spacious for large families; the pool is large. Three cars fit perfectly in the garage, and the rooms were comfortable. We had a power outage, but Toñito helped us immediately. He was always available whenever we asked him something, and he recommended a place to have lunch that is very close to the house. The Playa Quizalá beach is quiet and very close to the house. Without a doubt, it is a place where my family and I felt very well received. Kimberly was very flexible with check-in and check-out! We plan to come back again.
