The Space

Casa Victoria is a private property designed for enjoying special moments with family and friends. The spacious layout, pool, terrace, and garden provide room for everything from a quiet afternoon by the water to a lively gathering around the barbecue.

During your stay, you will discover unique pieces and thoughtful details that reflect the identity of Casa Victoria. Some items are exclusive creations, carefully selected to make every corner part of the experience.

The entire property and all amenities are reserved exclusively for your group, allowing you to enjoy Casa Victoria with privacy and peace.

Private Swimming Pool

The pool is one of our guests’ favorite areas. It includes:

• A main swimming area
• A wading pool
• Spaces for resting and sunbathing
• Direct access to the garden

The pool is available only to guests registered in the reservation and is regularly maintained. It does not have a heater, so the water temperature naturally varies according to the weather and season.

Terrace and Social Areas

The spacious terrace is designed for spending time together. It features:

• A large barbecue
• An open connection to the garden and pool
• Space for dining, conversation, music, and relaxation

Spacious Accommodation

Casa Victoria includes:

• Five bedrooms
• Twelve beds
• Various indoor and outdoor rest areas
• High ceilings that provide a sense of space and coolness

One bedroom has a mini-split air conditioner, while the others have fans. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, and the property offers several interior areas where families and groups can spend time together comfortably.

Casa Victoria is continuously cared for and improved. We pay close attention to cleaning, maintenance, and preparing each space before welcoming guests.

Location and Surroundings

Casa Victoria is located in Nextipac, Zapopan, in a quiet area with a rural atmosphere that is still under development. The setting is especially suitable for guests seeking privacy, space, and tranquility away from the busiest parts of the city.

Some surrounding streets may be unpaved, and the urban infrastructure differs from that of downtown Guadalajara.

Parking

Up to six vehicles can be parked inside the property, making Casa Victoria particularly convenient for group reservations.

Guest Access

During your stay, Casa Victoria is available privately and exclusively to your reservation. You will have access to:

• The swimming pool and wading pool
• Terrace
• Garden
• Barbecue
• Kitchen
• Living and rest areas
• Bedrooms arranged according to your reservation

The pool, terrace, garden, and other amenities are not shared with other guests or groups.

Parking is available inside the property for up to six vehicles. Self check-in is provided through a key lockbox.

Outdoor Environment

Because the property includes a garden, pool, and vegetation, insects typical of the surrounding environment may occasionally be present, particularly during certain seasons.

Climate Control

One bedroom has a mini-split air conditioner, while the remaining bedrooms have fans. Please consider this arrangement when deciding whether Casa Victoria suits your preferences.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Casa Victoria has regular cleaning and maintenance routines for the property, garden, and pool. For extended stays, exterior maintenance may occasionally be required. When applicable, we will try to coordinate this in advance to minimize any impact on your privacy.
