Inside, the house boasts high ceilings and generous living areas. Upon entering, you will find a bar room that connects to a large kitchen and dining space. A wide hallway leads to the bedrooms and living room. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and impressive views. The two additional bedrooms each have double beds and share a bathroom.

Adjacent to the living area is a covered, screened patio—an ideal spot for morning coffee while enjoying the mountain scenery. In front of this patio, there is an open, covered yoga deck. The outdoor area also features a pool, a non-heated jacuzzi, and a covered hammock patio, perfect for unwinding after a day of activities. Gated parking is available for up to three vehicles.

Finca Terra is situated just 30 minutes from Manuel Antonio National Park and its beach. It is also conveniently close to various mountain excursions, including waterfall tours, spice tours, ATV rides, and horseback riding.
