The Space

Villa Dalia is a five-bedroom villa in Playacar 1, one of Playa del Carmen’s most exclusive areas. Located just steps from the beach, the home combines comfort, privacy, and a natural setting with a private pool, spacious living areas, and a peaceful atmosphere.

The villa is well suited to families and groups, offering a fully equipped kitchen, daily housekeeping, 24-hour security, and convenient access to both the beach and downtown.

Bedrooms

Villa Dalia has five bedrooms: two on the ground floor and three on the first floor. The first-floor junior suite includes a small kitchenette and living area.

• Room 1: Two full-size beds
• Room 2: Two full-size beds
• Room 3: Two king-size beds, a kitchenette, and a small living room
• Room 4: Two full-size beds
• Room 5: Two full-size beds

All rooms include air conditioning, Smart TVs, and ceiling fans. Each room has an en-suite bathroom except Room 3.

Kitchen

The main floor features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with:

• Full-size refrigerator and freezer
• Oven
• Large gas stove
• Coffee maker
• Blender
• Toaster
• Microwave

Kosher Services

Villa Dalia is completely kosher-friendly. If you require a kosher kitchen during your stay, we can coordinate with a specialized local professional to fully kasher the villa before your arrival.

This is an optional third-party service that involves an additional fee paid directly to the provider. Please message us before booking to arrange the details.

Internet and Parking

• Fiber-optic, high-speed internet suitable for Zoom calls, remote work, and streaming
• Parking space for two cars

Housekeeping and Laundry

Your stay includes regular housekeeping service. During the day, our staff takes care of general tidying, makes the beds each morning, cleans the bathrooms, and washes the dishes.

The housekeeping team typically takes one day off per week, usually Sunday. On the remaining days, they are dedicated to maintaining the villa and ensuring you are well cared for.

The villa does not have a washing machine or dryer for guest use. However, a fast, fully complimentary laundry service is available on-site and included with your stay.

Towels

We provide high-quality sheets and towels for all guests. Please help us keep them in good condition by not using them to clean the floor or remove makeup, as additional charges may apply.

Pool towels are for exclusive use in the pool area and should not be taken outside the property.

Concierge Services

Villa Dalia offers a private retreat in the heart of the Riviera Maya, suitable for both short getaways and extended stays.

Location and Community Guidelines

Playacar is a peaceful, family-friendly community. We appreciate your help in preserving its relaxed atmosphere by following these guidelines:

• Quiet hours: Absolute silence is required from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Nightlife, bars, clubs, and other entertainment options are available on 5th Avenue, also known as Quinta Avenida.
• During the day: Please behave respectfully toward the neighbors and keep voices and laughter at a considerate volume.
• Music: Music must be played at a low volume that does not disturb the neighborhood.
• Common areas: Please enjoy the garden and pool while maintaining a calm, family-friendly environment. Shouting, rowdy behavior, and excessive activity are not permitted.

Guest Policy

Only the confirmed number of guests may enter the property. If additional guests are present at check-in or are detected at the property during the stay, we reserve the right to deny access or remove guests from the property without a refund.
