The Space

After a two-year hiatus while the owners lived here full-time, Casa Cielo Azul is once again welcoming guests. This rustic, two-story treehouse sits high in the canopy just north of San Juan del Sur, offering a unique combination of eco-luxury, privacy, and sweeping Pacific Ocean views.

The treetop retreat is located in a progressive, environmentally conscious community designed to live in harmony with nature. Fall asleep to the sound of waves from three nearby beaches and wake to tropical birds and the distant calls of howler monkeys.

The open-concept main level forms the heart of the home. The kitchen, dining area, and living room flow together beneath soaring ceilings supported by beautiful eucalyptus hardwood columns.

Floor-to-ceiling screened walls let ocean breezes and jungle sounds move through the home while providing comfort during tropical rains. Step onto the expansive deck to take in spectacular sunsets and panoramic Pacific views.

Guests also enjoy exclusive access to Argonauts Beach Club, located along Playa Majagual. The club provides:

Additional Details

• Cleaning service is included for stays of five nights or longer.
• Laundry service is available for guests staying more than three nights. Laundry may only be handled by on-site staff, and a small tip is appreciated.
• The base rate includes up to six guests.
• Additional guests cost $20 USD per person per night and are handled automatically through Airbnb.
• Guests must have a four-wheel-drive vehicle. Private transportation can be arranged for an additional fee.
