Or stay-in to enjoy the private pool and outside grill. The space This home has 3 bed rooms upstairs. 2 with full beds, and 1 with a bunk bed and twin bed. All three bedrooms have a an A/C. The master bedroom has a private bathroom and balcony. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a large walk in shower. Downstairs there is the living room with a TV that can be connected to any of your streaming apps. A fully equipped kitchen. And beautiful dining area with a bespoke live-edge tree trunk dining table. The backyard has a private pool, gas grill, dining area, and lounge chairs. So relaxing, it makes leaving this house to explore the amazing sites of SJDS a tough choice. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property during their stay. For stays longer than 5 days access to the washer can be requested for a fee.

The place itself was nice, clean, and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay overall. However, there were several issues that affected our experience. The biggest challenge was finding the property because the location on the app was not accurate, making check-in more difficult than it should have been. The bathroom door in the master bedroom also needs attention—the lock was malfunctioning, and we accidentally got locked inside twice. Additionally, the electrical outlet in the second bedroom was exposed and not working, so we had to report it for repair. On our last day, there was no electricity from around 8:15 AM until 4:00 PM, which meant we had to spend most of the day away from the property. With a few improvements, especially updating the location, repairing the bathroom door lock, and addressing the electrical issues, this could be an excellent place to stay.

En general, tuvimos una buena estadía. La casa está bien ubicada, la piscina estaba limpia y en buen estado, el internet funcionó sin inconvenientes y la cocina cuenta con los utensilios necesarios; fuimos cinco personas y no nos hizo falta nada. Como aspectos a mejorar, en la sala hace bastante calor y el abanico no funciona correctamente. Además, el aire acondicionado del cuarto principal presentó problemas de funcionamiento y no fue posible resolverlo durante nuestra estadía. También sería importante revisar la puerta del baño de esa habitación, ya que puede quedarse bloqueada. Como sugerencia, sería bueno que los administradores dieran un seguimiento más oportuno a este tipo de inconvenientes. La dueña fue súper amable Con esos detalles corregidos, la experiencia sería mucho mejor.

No había ninguna amenidad en la cocina Ni sal, el Cofemaker dañado, el ventilador De la Sala De pie dañado Las toallas estaban húmedas y con mal olor, no había jabón ni shampu en los baños, el Aseo de los hinodoros pésimo. Muy poco cuido por parte del encargado. Habría que ver si esto lo sabe la dueña

La casa tiene buena ubicación. Han dejado de darle el mantenimiento correcto. Hay deficiencia en los aires acondicionados, un inodoro tira mucha agua, el piso se llena de agua, por lo demás todo limpio. Hay que proporcionar mas vajilla y cubiertos. Esta limitado a 4 personas. Mantenimiento a closetsde las habitaciones. Si lo hacen perfecto. Llegamos de nuevo.

I liked the place. A few observations for my family party of 5: only 3 forks, slippery tile once out of the pool. (Be very careful!). Not walkable to the beach, not much to do on foot. Great local places to eat on the beach. Oh! And my guess would be comfier sleeping pillows. Maybe air conditioning downstairs….. just a thought. Nonetheless, it was very much worth the price and the late night swim in that pool after a good bbq! We all were overall pleased.

Muy lindo lugar. El único inconveniente es que no se nos avisó que estaba inhabilitado justo ese Día el medio baño de la Piscina y había que ir hasta arriba a los baños al salir de la piscina. Otro inconveniente era la refrigeradora que el freezer era difícil de abrir. Las ventanas no cerraban bien algunas. Sin embargo el lugar es bastante seguro, el anfitrión es amable, el interior muy limpio, buena señal wifi, aparatos Electrónicos, habían utensilios, sartenes y trastes para usar. No está muy lejos del centro de San Juan y las calles están bastante bien el acceso. La piscina es un poco mas pequeña que de Perspectiva en las Fotos pero No es tan pequeña. Volvería a ir definitivamente.

The unit needs significant renovation and better maintenance. One of the toilets had just been "repaired. The day before our stay, but it was not functioning properly." It would not flush. When I tried to use the handle(Lever), it was loose, and I put my hand on the water. I work in real estate, so I know how to fix little things. When I try to put the lip back, it slips from my hand and breaks very easily, which suggests it was already in poor maintenance condition. Now the owner sent me an invoice for two toilets and wants to take advantage of my stay to start repairing her unit. Now the host is attempting to charge me for replacing two toilets, which she paid $225 for, and charging me $204 for one. Don't think it is right, and feels unfair given the lack of evidence of maintenance and pre-existing issues with this toilet. Overall, the property did not meet my expectations in terms of upkeep, and based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.
