Beach Safety Rules
- Lifeguards are on duty from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Do not enter the water after 6:00 p.m. or after dark.
- Glass items and containers are not permitted on the beach.
Flag Warning System
- Red flag: Entering the water is prohibited due to strong waves, rip currents, or extremely dangerous conditions.
- Purple flag: Dangerous marine life is present.
- Yellow flag: Use caution because of moderate surf and potentially risky conditions.
General Regulations
- Camping is not permitted on the beach.
- Vehicles are not allowed on the beach.
- Weapons are strictly prohibited.
- Do not enter the water while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Age and Occupancy Requirements
The guest responsible for the reservation must be at least 18 years old and must remain at the property throughout the entire rental period.

Acceptance of Risk
Anyone using the beach or pool does so at their own risk. Neither MICASAS nor the owner assumes liability for accidents or injuries.
Children may not remain inside or outside the property, or in the surrounding common areas, without adult supervision. No one should swim alone.
The guest and all occupants present during the rental period agree to hold MICASAS and the owner harmless from liability for bodily injury or property damage occurring on the property and resulting from negligent acts or omissions by the guest or their companions.
The property includes outdoor terraces and balconies. Guests and their companions agree to exercise caution in these areas and to hold MICASAS and the owner harmless from liability for any damage or injury resulting from their use of the outdoor terraces.
