El lugar es acorde a las fotos, tiene un personal muy amable, pero el sector si es un poco peligroso. Me hubiese gustado mejor comunicación con la empresa, pero en general estuve contenta. El inconveniente que tuve muy amablemente las personas de administración me ayudaron a solucionar.

The apt itself was just like in photos. Cute but as a single female the location was not ideally safe. It was loud on most nights from something going on in the center of the building or horns, traffic from outside. if you like to party and hear music for all hours at night then it would be ideal. The building staff was helpful and accessible which was awesome. The cleaning staff only showed up once in the 3 weeks I stayed. I booked 5 weeks but left early, didn’t mind cleaning but had to look at dirty sheets and towels for 2 weeks due to not knowing where to wash anything after asking more than once. Lots of shopping all around in walking distance, but the area was sketchy at night. The host responded on most things with staff will be there tomorrow but staff didn’t seem to show. My last night there the corner of the bed broke and I slept on the sofa bed very hard & uncomfortable and not even an apology from host but I was leaving early so guess it didn’t matter.

A great, very modern apartment. The kitchen is very well equipped, shower with hot water. Very good location to explore the old town of Panama City. Regarding accessibility. First of all we did not get to the 3rd floor by elevator because it required a keycard or code. So we always had to contact the night guards. After we received the code, it then worked out perfectly. Once there was a problem with the door lock. It could no longer be opened, the days before everything worked perfectly. We immediately received information from the host and then came to the apartment.

The location was good considering it was walking distance to the fish market, the old buildings, nightlife and more. It was right at the border to where it got a bit sketchy so just be careful when walking at night. It gets loud at night and early mornings but we didn’t mind after getting ear plugs. The room was nice, simple and had everything we needed. We are extremely grateful for the security guards, which are there 24-hours a day. They had recommendations and assisted us with any questions. Super nice people! Recommend you try Arepa Loca just a few blocks away for some delicious food! One recommendation would be that the host provide a phone number in case we need to reach them quickly. Our lock for the door was not working, it was around 9pm and it took over an hour to get assistance. Maybe have the people on sight be aware on how to help in case it happens again. Overall, we would stay here again, it was a good deal and location.
