Montecristo House with terrace includes:
- Four bedrooms accommodating up to 15 guests, with two bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the upper floor.
- Nine beds in total.
- An illuminated bar with panoramic views on the upper floor.
- Two full bathrooms: one upstairs and one downstairs.
- A living room and ground-floor bedrooms equipped with televisions.
- A fully equipped kitchen with cookware, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator.
- A utility room with a washing machine, which is currently unavailable.
- Cable television and internet service.
- A furnished terrace with a barbecue grill and seating.
- A second fully equipped kitchen and an additional refrigerator on the terrace.
- Separate men’s and women’s restrooms on the terrace.
- An illuminated, heated pool available year-round, featuring a heat pump and separate areas for adults and children.
- A fire pit. If you plan to use it, please bring firewood, as there is no nearby store that sells it.
- A large garden.
- A pine tree nursery.
- On-site parking for up to eight cars.

Important Information
- Uber service is not available in the area. With advance notice, I can arrange a private taxi to take you somewhere or shop for anything you need during your stay.
- Internet service in the area is generally unreliable and may fail during strong winds or heavy rain.
- The nearest Oxxo and self-service store are located along the road. I recommend purchasing supplies before arriving at the property.
- If you continue straight along the road without turning at Las Tortugas, toward the country house, you will find a Bodega Aurrera approximately 5 kilometers away.

The place is super nice, with a large space, so it is very comfortable for families or large groups. The pool has a very suitable temperature, it's always kept warm and is a good size. The canteen area is very nice, we loved it, it gives it a different touch to other places and it's very pleasant. Definitely an excellent and highly recommended place.

The house is quite spacious and cozy, as well as the terrace area, warm pool and garden, which were quite enjoyed by the family and my dog. The area is very quiet, private and safe. As for kitchen utensils, the house is quite complete, but you should keep in mind that there is no Oxxo or stores nearby. Claudia was very kind and was always available for any questions.
