Guest Access

This is a private home in a gated community. Guests have private access to the entire home, pool, and other property areas.

Important Information

• The minimum age for all guests is 25. Children traveling with their parents are excluded from this requirement.
• Excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.
• Noise or other disturbing behavior after 10:00 p.m. in gated communities may result in a fine.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespectful treatment of security guards are prohibited.
• Fines of up to $3,000 may be issued without warning. Guests are fully responsible for paying these fines.
• No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
• Weddings, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and other events are not permitted unless specifically pre-authorized and an event fee has been paid.
• The total occupancy is limited to the contracted number of guests for each reservation.
• The renter must disclose the number of people in the group and the name of every group member. See the rental rules for additional terms.
• By booking a reservation, you agree to sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours and comply with all terms and conditions listed in it.
• Please list no more than two children under 12 in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with their parents. Additional children must be entered as adults.
• A seven-night minimum stay applies for December 25 and January 1. If the reservation includes both holidays, a 14-night minimum stay is required.
• High school and college spring break groups are not permitted without approval. An additional deposit is required.

Construction Notice

Los Cabos is a growing resort area, and construction may occur at any time without notice. Cabo Villas has no control over construction projects or schedules but will do its best to assist if construction causes an inconvenience.
