Villa Colorado is a newly renovated, 3,100 square foot private villa featuring three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Located above Cabo San Lucas in the gated community of Pedregal, this home offers a comfortable stay for up to seven guests. The villa includes one king bed and two queen beds.

The property boasts a private pool and an oversized Jacuzzi with scenic views of the bay. The open living and dining areas connect seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for casual entertaining. The villa is decorated in a relaxed Baja style with tile floors and comfortable furnishings.

Outdoor spaces include a shaded patio dining area, a new outdoor BBQ, and ample lounge seating for enjoying the sunshine. At night, guests can admire the sparkling lights of downtown Cabo in the distance.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and its private pool within the gated community.

Important Notes and House Rules

• Minimum guest age is 25 years old (children traveling with parents are exempt).
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior at any time is prohibited and may result in fines.
• No pets are allowed unless pre-authorized.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa.
• Events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties are not permitted unless specifically approved and an event fee is paid.
• Occupancy must not exceed the contracted number of guests. All guests must be disclosed by name.
• Only up to two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field; these first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Additional children must be counted as adults.
• Disorderly conduct, nudity, and disrespect toward security personnel are forbidden and may result in fines up to $3,000 without warning. Guests are responsible for any fines incurred.
• A minimum stay of seven nights is required for stays including December 25 or January 1. If both holidays are included, a 14-night minimum applies.
• High school and college spring break groups are not allowed without prior approval and an additional deposit.

By booking, guests agree to sign the Rental Agreement within 24 hours and comply with all terms and conditions outlined therein.
