Guest Access

The entire villa is available for private use throughout your stay. You and your group will have access to all seven bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, bar, and outdoor spaces, including the pool, patios, balconies, and backyard.

Community wristbands are also provided, granting access to the private Playacar beach area, a beautiful stretch of shoreline reserved for residents and guests.

A separate side suite is attached to the property and has its own private entrance. It may occasionally be used by staff or the owners. The suite is completely independent from the main villa, and its occupants will not interact with guests unless requested.

Additional Information

An exterior security camera is located at the front entrance and driveway for safety purposes.

Monthly Rentals

Special monthly rates are available for extended stays and are reflected in the pricing when longer dates are selected. Guests receive full access to the amenities while benefiting from a reduced nightly rate.

Maximum Occupancy

The villa accommodates a maximum of 16 guests. This limit may not be exceeded without prior approval.

Quiet Hours

Playacar is a quiet residential community. Loud music and excessive noise are not permitted after 10:00 p.m.

Insects and Wildlife

The villa is located in a lush tropical setting, so insects or small wildlife may occasionally be present. The property is professionally fumigated every three months and maintained regularly, but encounters with nature are part of the environment.

To help minimize insects indoors, please keep doors and windows closed when they are not in use.

You may also see local wildlife, including coatis, iguanas, and other harmless animals. Please respect their space and do not feed or disturb them.

Utilities and General Use

Please be mindful of energy use, particularly with lights, fans, and air conditioning. Turn off units when leaving the property to help maintain the home efficiently and sustainably for all guests.
