The house is spacious, beautiful and pathetically pleasing. The cleaning lady was very nice and at the house every morning to clean even while you were waking up and getting breakfast ready. Check in was easy. My family of 8 really enjoyed our time here. The only complaints were there was an initial urine smell in the downstairs restroom, we had a mouse in the kitchen the first night but staff was very quick to resolve this. The stairs and floor were not mopped and a little dusty. We had to wear slippers /sandals all the time. There were some shards of glass in the little rooftop plunge pool so we used this once. The rooftop cushions can use a cleaning and the downstairs bed is uncomfortable and broken. Other than that

10 minutes to punta sur walking, garrafon park right behind the property taxi is the only way to get there fast big house with pool

One of the most beautiful places i've stayed at and would love to come again. Everywhere on the island was accessible via golf cart and the location was on the peaceful side.

We had a great stay. The house was wonderful for our group. The pools were a big hit. Daisy came every day to tidy up the place and she was warm and helpful. When we communicated with the hosts they were quick to respond.

We stayed here as a family of five and appreciated the space over 6 nights. Everyone had their own bedroom and en suite, and the beds were very comfortable. The location on the south end of the island was a big plus. That said, the home felt a bit tired and could use some TLC. Towels smelled clean but were worn and stained, which made them feel less fresh. The pool was very cold and didn’t get much sun, so we weren’t able to use it. The host was very responsive, and when we had issues (including power outages), they communicated well and made things right by the end of our stay. Overall, a good option for space and location, but set expectations accordingly.

This place is in an amazing location. The house was incredible and very spacious, just how it was described. There was a small problem, Lucia and crew responded quick and were able to fix it for us right away. Very quick with responses and the maid also asked if we needed anything everyday. It felt like we were at home. :)
