Unlike other places in Estelí where you have to make do with what you find and end up accepting some drawbacks, these apartments (I stayed in #4) have everything: they are located in a quiet and peaceful place, have private parking, air conditioning in ALL rooms, modern and very well-maintained facilities that look like new, are fully equipped with everything you would expect and more, and have impressive details that make your stay easier and more pleasant (e.g., trash cans that open with motion sensors, towels that dry your body easily and quickly, among others). There is also an excellent host who responds to messages quickly and in a friendly manner. Highly recommended. I would stay here again. It was one of the best Airbnbs I've stayed in in Nicaragua.

Yeraldine was very friendly and communicative, and she was always attentive. The place is also worth it. It's a good price, and everything is clean and very neat. There's plenty of privacy. 100% recommended.

Everything about this place was good except for the bathroom. It needs tobe cleaned. The shower was dirty, and the body wash was water down. Also other guest were loud all night it was hard to sleep.
