The Space
Casa Moshi is a luxurious country house located in a gated subdivision with 24-hour security, approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from Mexico City. Surrounded by mountain landscapes, the property features a large garden, private pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue area.
The one-story home is situated on a quiet street within the subdivision and includes:

- A private bathroom in every bedroom

Pool Heating
The pool can be heated for an additional cost of $1,200 per night.
Included Staff and Services
One cleaning person is required and included from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Their responsibilities include:
- Cleaning the house
- Making the beds
- Helping set the table
- Tidying the kitchen
The gardener maintains the pool and heated jacuzzi, prepares the beds and barbecue, and handles outdoor cleaning. The staff provides attentive service so you can enjoy your stay.
Additional Costs
- From the eighth guest onward, there is an additional charge of $500 per extra person per day.
- The maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
- For reservations with seven to 12 guests, an additional cleaning person is required at a cost of $550 per day. The house already includes one cleaning person from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Location and Activities
The magical village of Malinalco is a 10-minute drive away. Guests can visit the archaeological area, explore the village, enjoy its local cuisine, browse the handicraft market, and visit nearby spas.
Hiking and cycling are also recommended activities.
A bicycle instructor is available for beginners and advanced downhill riders. Mountain bikes must be reserved in advance; information can be provided upon request.
Guest Access
Upon arriving at the Malinalco Golf Club subdivision, register at the security booth at the entrance. After entering the subdivision, proceed to the house, where the staff will welcome you.
Please send the license plate numbers of all vehicles that will enter the subdivision in advance.

Overall a good house, with a good number of rooms and spacious. The kitchen is small and sometimes uncomfortable. Amenities are working properly. The service staff is very friendly. We were delighted with Linda and Betty, always very helpful, although the toilet of the bathrooms and floors could be better. As for the communication with Graciela, in general it was good, although sometimes it takes a long time to respond; and it was not clear to us that the extra service person would have extra cost (it is not clear in the description of the house). Another thing that could be better is the communication of the hosts with the club's services (warning about being able to go to eat at Hoyo 19, use of club facilities, play golf), since when we wanted to go for breakfast at the club, we were denied entry to the restaurant, claiming that the partner had not warned about guests, and the partners are given preference. A good house, where we were very happy, to which we would definitely return.

Great for family travel. The house has a very good layout for living together, maybe a little more shade in the garden would help to make better use of it. Linda, the girl who helps, treated us excellently and helped us a lot. The pool water is always warm, and very clean and comfortable rooms. We will definitely be back here.
