Overall a good house, with a good number of rooms and spacious. The kitchen is small and sometimes uncomfortable. Amenities are working properly. The service staff is very friendly. We were delighted with Linda and Betty, always very helpful, although the toilet of the bathrooms and floors could be better. As for the communication with Graciela, in general it was good, although sometimes it takes a long time to respond; and it was not clear to us that the extra service person would have extra cost (it is not clear in the description of the house). Another thing that could be better is the communication of the hosts with the club's services (warning about being able to go to eat at Hoyo 19, use of club facilities, play golf), since when we wanted to go for breakfast at the club, we were denied entry to the restaurant, claiming that the partner had not warned about guests, and the partners are given preference. A good house, where we were very happy, to which we would definitely return.

The house is super comfortable, and has everything you need to have an incredible time. The people who support the house (cleanliness, kitchen, pool) are very friendly!!!!

Great for family travel. The house has a very good layout for living together, maybe a little more shade in the garden would help to make better use of it. Linda, the girl who helps, treated us excellently and helped us a lot. The pool water is always warm, and very clean and comfortable rooms. We will definitely be back here.
