Shuttle service runs throughout Quivira with the clubhouse as a convenient stop.

Additional Information

• Transportation between properties is available for $6 USD per ride, subject to availability. Reservations require a $100 USD deposit and must be arranged through Copala Concierge.
• Pets are allowed only with prior approval; small dogs up to 15 lbs are accepted. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 USD applies, plus an additional $150 USD cleaning fee per dog. Pets not declared before arrival will not be permitted.
• Copala is a non-smoking community. Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all common areas, including the clubhouse. Smoking is allowed only on the condo terrace, with proper disposal of cigarette and cigar butts required. Any damage caused by smoking will be deducted from the security deposit.
• There is ongoing construction next door that may cause some daytime noise; a discounted rate is offered due to this.
• External vendors are not permitted inside the property; trusted vendors can be recommended through the concierge service.
• For monthly stays, an additional refundable security deposit of $500 USD per month may be required; please confirm before booking.
• As this property is within a residential community, guests must provide identification and sign community rules to gain access.
