Admired by locals and travelers alike, the villa provides a discreet retreat where notable guests have stayed and celebrated. It accommodates up to 12 guests and is well suited to families, groups, and special gatherings.

Casa Parque Juárez is more than a villa; it is part of San Miguel de Allende’s living history. Surrounded by the quiet beauty of the park and the vibrant character of the city, it offers a memorable setting for celebrating, connecting, and experiencing the timeless spirit of this destination.

Guest Access

You and your group will have full and exclusive use of Casa Parque Juárez throughout your stay. Every area, from the bright living spaces to the rooftop terrace, is reserved exclusively for you.

As part of HOLT’s hospitality service, trusted housekeeping staff will generally be on-site during daytime hours to maintain the villa. If you prefer complete privacy, please inform our Guest Experience team so we can adjust the schedule.

Routine maintenance may occasionally be required to preserve the villa’s comfort and quality. We will always notify you in advance of the specific date and time. Cleaning services may be declined at your discretion.

In an emergency involving electricity, gas, flooding, heating, cooling, internet, pests, or any safety concern, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

Additional Information

Breakfast

Fresh Mexican breakfast can be prepared each morning upon request for an additional fee. Same-day arrivals can receive breakfast beginning on the second morning of their stay. At least 24 hours’ notice is requested.

Parking

The villa does not have on-site parking. Complimentary street parking can often be found around Parque Juárez, and several secure parking lots are within a short walk.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver

Before arrival, guests must provide payment details for either a security deposit or damage waiver:

• A refundable deposit of $500 USD, held on the payment method and released after the stay if no damage is found
• A non-refundable damage waiver of $53.50 USD, covering accidental damage and normal wear and tear, excluding house rule violations

Guests must follow the hot tub guidelines provided at the property and in the listing photos. Improper use of or damage to the hot tub will result in a $500 USD fine.

Reservation Requirements

To complete the reservation, the booking guest must:

• Sign HOLT’s rental agreement
• Provide identification
• Share contact details before arrival

Once these items are received, we will send a personalized HOLT Boarding Pass with check-in instructions and property information.

Security Camera

One exterior CCTV camera monitors the villa entrance. There are no cameras in private or interior areas. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

Events

Casa Parque Juárez welcomes weddings, photo sessions, and other special events. Please contact us before booking to confirm the details.

Venue fees and additional deposits apply and are calculated according to the number of attendees. The property can accommodate up to 50 guests, including overnight guests.

Pets

The property is pet-friendly. A $50 USD sanitation fee applies per pet. Any undisclosed pet will incur a $500 USD fee.

Drinking Water

A complimentary 20-liter water jug is provided with each stay. For longer stays, one new jug will be delivered weekly at no cost. Additional refills are available upon request.

Receipts and Invoices

We do not issue invoices. In accordance with Airbnb’s payment policies and tax regulations, receipts are provided only in the name of the guest who made the Airbnb reservation.

Receipts cannot be issued to third parties or companies. They can only be issued to the person who made the booking, using the details in their platform guest profile.

Guests may also download Airbnb’s official payment receipt directly from their Airbnb account.
