A retreat to breathe differently.

The space An estate on the shores of Lake Calima, designed for family relaxation and time immersed in nature.

The main house features 6 bedrooms: 2 with private bathrooms, and the remaining 4 arranged in pairs that share a bathroom (2 upstairs bedrooms share one bathroom, and 2 downstairs bedrooms share another). Shared spaces include: a TV lounge with a sofa bed, dining room, covered gathering area, patio with a grill and wood-fired oven, two main living rooms with TV, an outdoor lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry area with washer and dryer.

For entertainment, you'll find a rope swing, a children's play area, a volleyball court, a swimming pool, a sauna, a ping-pong table, and several outdoor relaxation areas.

Immersed in nature, the property offers wide open spaces along the lake to walk and enjoy the natural surroundings. The area's rich biodiversity means you may spot native birds, monkeys, and other wildlife, as well as fruit trees typical of the region.

Guest access Our guests have access to all the main areas and amenities of the house: bedrooms, living rooms, dining room, kitchen, patio, entertainment areas, and outdoor spaces facing the lake.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by Don Germán and Doña Esperanza, who provide a tour of the property and all the guidance needed for a comfortable stay.

The sauna and service area are managed by the housekeeping staff, who are available to assist whenever needed.

Two spaces remain locked and are not available to guests: the closet in the main bedroom and a second-floor room used for storing bed linens, towels, and toiletries. The pantry is also not available for guest use.

Other things to note Temporary note

Following the August 10 earthquake, one specific area of the concrete roof structure shows surface cracks (no structural damage), already assessed by a professional architect. Repairs are scheduled. This poses no risk to guests.

Rates and additional guests

• The base nightly rate covers up to 8 guests. From the ninth guest onward, each additional guest costs $130,000 COP per night. Children over 2 years old pay the same rate as an adult.
• Day visitors (guests who join without staying overnight) also count as additional guests and are charged the same as overnight guests.
• Pets: $80,000 COP per stay.

Domestic service (optional)

• If you bring or prepare your own food, you can hire just Mrs. Esperanza's cooking and cleaning service (she'll cook what you bring and clean the bathrooms) for an approximate cost of $90,000 COP per day, depending on group size.
• For groups of 12 or more, this service is mandatory. For groups over 20, a second staff member is required at the same daily rate.
• All service rates are approximate and must be confirmed directly with staff upon arrival.

Meal service (optional)

• If you'd prefer we handle meals entirely (we purchase and prepare all the food), this service already includes Mrs. Esperanza's work and must be requested at least one week in advance.
• Per-person rates: breakfast $30,000 COP, lunch $55,000 COP, dinner $55,000 COP.

About the staff

• Upon arrival, you'll be welcomed by Mr. Germán and Mrs. Esperanza, who take care of the property and will help you get settled.
• They live in a separate house on the same property and handle basic maintenance tasks (watering plants, feeding the animals, collecting trash), so you may occasionally see them during your stay — always with full respect for your privacy.
• The caretaker is available to help with anything you need. Direct assistance with specific tasks may carry an additional cost.

About the property and animals

• The property is also a working farm, so you may see animals such as cows and dogs.
• There are 2 friendly dogs on the property, kept on a leash.
• Please avoid approaching the electric fence or interacting directly with the animals.
