The Space

The building is located in El Laguito, one of Cartagena’s safest neighborhoods, just one block from the Caribe Hotel. The penthouse is suitable for up to 10 guests and includes:

Guests have access to the following shared facilities and services:

Additional Information

• The apartment includes water in the refrigerator, coffee, soap, and toilet paper for the first one or two days. Once you have settled in, you can purchase any additional supplies you need.
• Additional cleaning services are available upon request for a fee of $25 USD.
• The building offers luggage storage for 5,000 COP, approximately $1.50 USD, for groups with up to five suitcases.
• Upon arrival, all guests must present identification at the building’s front desk and pay a one-time fee of 50,000 COP, approximately $12 USD, because the building is located in a tourist area. For groups of more than six people, the fee is 60,000 COP, approximately $15 USD. This fee applies to the entire group, not to each individual.
• If guests will arrive at different times, you must notify us at least one day before the reservation begins and provide each person’s name, identification, and estimated arrival date. Otherwise, entry may not be authorized.
• Visitors are not permitted, and guests may not be added or changed during the stay.
• The pool must be cleaned every two days. Please allow access to the person responsible for cleaning. If you have plans that day, staff may use the property keys to enter and complete the service.
• Neither the jacuzzi nor the pool has heated water. Cartagena is hot throughout the year, so almost no pools or jacuzzis in the city have heaters.
