The Space

Other Things to Note
Electricity
To keep the nightly rate competitive while encouraging responsible energy use, stays of up to six nights include an allowance of 20 kilowatt-hours per night. This is sufficient for most guests who use the air conditioning responsibly.
If total electricity usage exceeds the included allowance, additional consumption is charged at US$0.50 per kilowatt-hour.
Stays of seven nights or more receive a discounted nightly rate and are billed separately for all electricity consumed. Meter readings are taken together at check-in and check-out, and electricity is charged at US$0.50 per kilowatt-hour. Any electricity charges are payable in cash at check-out.
Location and Transportation
The condo is approximately a 10–15-minute walk along the beach to San Juan del Sur’s restaurants, shops, and nightlife. After dark, using one of the host’s trusted local taxi services is recommended for a safe and convenient ride home.

We had an amazing vacation thanks to Maria. She helped us with transportation, activities, and restaurants. She responded very quickly to any questions we had. The unit is very well appointed with full amenities. There were even spices, oil, etc. And bottled water. We were lucky enough to be able to access the accommodation earlier because it was already available. It's very clean and very quiet. Thanks to Maria's help, we had a relaxing and peaceful vacation. We would definitely come back. Go for it!!

Maria Andrea’s place was absolutely beautiful, clean, modern with everything you could need, and the views of the cliff and bay are unbeatable. The kids loved the pool. Maria Andrea is very attentive, showed us around when we arrived, and gave excellent suggestions for our family’s weekend in SJDS! You’ll definitely enjoy your time.

Maria’s place was amazing, the view of San Juan del Sur bay was absolutely beautiful! She was incredibly communicative and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and well-informed. We especially appreciated her guidance on electricity use, which helped us stay within the daily budget, very helpful given how energy costs work locally. Hands down the best host I have evern encountered, so friendly and willing to help with anything and everything we needed. Maria's place was beautiful as listed and looked exactly like the pictures. comfortable, clean , and well taken care of. beautiful views and lots of open space. games to play when weather is raining.
