Book the entire private house just 10 minutes by car from Antigua Guatemala’s central park. Enjoy the charm of this magical city while staying away from the noise.

The spacious home includes:

• An indoor patio and garden
• A fully equipped kitchen
• A large terrace
• Four bedrooms
• Eight beds accommodating up to 16 guests
• An indoor hot-water jacuzzi
• Views of the volcanoes from the terrace

The Space

This is a peaceful rest house and is not suitable for parties.

The interior garden fills the house with natural light. Traditional décor, plants, colorful spaces, and colonial architecture create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

The home is located within a private gated residential complex with security personnel on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Access is restricted to authorized guests and residents, providing a safe and peaceful environment.

The house’s main feature is its indoor jacuzzi. Relax in the warm, bubbling water with your loved ones, then enjoy the impressive volcano views from the terrace. The terrace is also an ideal place to watch the sunset.

Use of the jacuzzi costs an additional $30 each time.

Location

The house is approximately 10 minutes by car from Antigua’s central park, close enough to downtown for convenience while remaining away from the noise. Finca Filadelfia is also about 10 minutes away by car.

Within walking distance, you will find a small shopping center with:

• A grocery store
• A coffee shop
• A laundry
• A pharmacy
• Other convenience stores

Food delivery is also available during your stay.

Housekeeping

The house will be clean and ready when you arrive. Complimentary housekeeping is provided three times per week. Additional cleaning services are available upon request.

For longer stays, bed linens and towels will be changed every three days. Clean sheets and towels will be provided upon arrival.

Guest Access

You will have exclusive use of the private home.

First Floor

• Four bedrooms, each with two double beds, a television, and closets
• Two full bathrooms
• A kitchen with appliances and everything needed for cooking
• A living room
• A dining room
• A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer
• An indoor patio and garden with a beautiful working fountain
• A hot-water jacuzzi

Use of the washing machine and dryer costs Q25 per cycle per machine. Jacuzzi use costs an additional $30 each time.

Third Floor

• A terrace with beautiful views of the volcanoes

The second-floor spaces are used for storage and are not accessible to guests.

Amenities and Parking

• All beds are prepared with clean sheets, duvets, and pillows.
• All bathrooms include freshly laundered towels.
• One vehicle may be parked in the house garage.
• Additional vehicles can be parked safely in front of the house.

Security and Access

Because the house is located within a gated residential complex, security staff at the main entrance will scan your identification document and contact the owners to authorize your access. Unauthorized individuals cannot enter the complex, helping ensure a safe and peaceful stay.
