Located at the beautiful intersection of the coffee-region mountains and valley in Cerritos, Pereira, Casa Jade is a private, three-story boutique vacation home with more than 3,700 square feet of constructed space. The property sits on one privately gated acre, offering plenty of room to explore and enjoy spectacular sunsets by the pool.

Additional Information
The housekeeper, Stiven, will access Casa Jade each morning to water the plants, crops, and flowers and to ensure that the pool, jacuzzi, and other machines are functioning properly throughout your stay.
The property is located approximately 10 minutes beyond the Pereira-Cerritos toll, known as Peaje Cerritos.
Because the property is situated beside a highway, traffic noise may be audible.
The community provides 24-hour security. A guard conducts regular patrols and is stationed in a small security shed beside the house.

We had an amazing experience ✨ Vanessa was always very attentive and responded quickly every time we had a question, which we really appreciated 🙌 The house is beautiful, the view is spectacular, and we felt very safe and at ease at all times. We also want to highlight Stiven, the caretaker, for his kindness and helpfulness, and Viviana for her help with cleaning and cooking; everything was impeccable thanks to her 👌 I came with my German family so they could get to know a bit of Colombia 🇨🇴, and honestly, it was a total success. We are leaving very happy and grateful for everything 💛

We can’t say enough about our stay at Casa Jade. The house is in a safe exclusive gated community with a spectacular view of the Andes Mountains. The large patio area with stainless grill, infinity pool, and jacuzzi were enjoyed daily by all. All areas are well lit and maintained. Full kitchen with 2 refrigerators and all the appliances, plates, flatware, etc. needed. All bedrooms have A/C which made sleeping at night very comfortable. The interior of the home is stunning and inviting. The owner even has Stiven who drops by each day to ensure the grounds/pool are in good order and that we have everything we needed. All 10 of us agreed that our stay at Casa Jade made our vacation perfect and very memorable.
