The Space
This villa is located just outside the protected beach zone of Manuel Antonio, placing you only steps away from one of Costa Rica's most popular beaches. It offers two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, situated within the protected maritime area and just an 80-meter walk to Playa Espadilla, the public beach adjacent to Manuel Antonio.

Additional Information
Please note that construction took place in the area during early 2021. Due to this, a significant discount is offered. Construction work occurs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, providing an excellent opportunity to explore the surroundings or relax on the beach during the day. Evenings are peaceful, with only the sound of waves to accompany you.

Dani was an amazing concierge and provided us with prompt answers to any questions about the property and local recommendations, before and during our stay. The on-site staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Finally, the location was perfect with two small children. Walkable to Manuel Antonio National Park (approx 15min total) and a brief three minute walk straight out to the beach. It was perfect when one kiddo needs a break or snacks, and the other one is still going strong on the beach.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. We received clear and accurate instructions, and they were always available whenever we needed assistance, recommendations, or guidance. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to restaurants, shops, and the entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park, which made it very easy for us to explore the area. We truly appreciated the hospitality and how well taken care of we felt during our stay. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Manuel Antonio. We would happily stay here again!

We thought the accommodation would be bigger and further away from the other units based on the photos. Despite this, the stay went smoothly. The accommodation is located on the main street, in a safe area. Parking spaces are available, and a security guard is on site at all times, which is reassuring. It is possible to access the beach (about a 5-minute walk) via a path through a small forest. We had no problems with insects inside the accommodation. The pool is also a great asset for cooling off.
