The Space

This private colonial-style villa features a courtyard with a swimming pool. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and includes a private bathroom. The house provides beach towels, beach chairs, and a barbecue grill for guest use.

There are four bedrooms in total:

• Three bedrooms have their own full bathrooms.
• One bedroom shares a bathroom and uses a guest half bathroom.

The sleeping arrangements include:

• Two rooms with king-size beds
• One room with a queen-size bed
• One room with two single beds plus a sleeper sofa

The villa comfortably accommodates eight guests but can sleep up to ten if needed.

Design and Layout

The home is designed in the traditional style of houses found in Granada, Nicaragua. The rooms are arranged around an interior courtyard that features a pool, creating a beautiful, private, and secure environment.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire house throughout their stay. Amenities include:

The villa is within walking distance of several restaurants and Playa Langosta beach. Tamarindo is approximately a 15-minute walk away, accessible either via the main road or along the beach during low tide.
