Important Information
- Los Cabos is a developing resort area; construction may occur at any time without notice. While CaboVillas cannot control construction schedules, they will assist if inconveniences arise.
- Minimum guest age is 25 years, except for children traveling with parents.
- Excessive noise is prohibited at all times. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
- In gated communities, noise or disruptive behavior after 10:00 pm may result in fines.
- All-male or all-female groups must hire 24-hour butler service at $215 per day (paid directly).
- Extra person fees apply for guests beyond the 16th.
- Pets are not allowed unless pre-authorized.
- Smoking is forbidden inside the property.
- Events such as weddings, bachelor, or bachelorette parties require prior authorization and payment of an event fee.
- Occupancy is limited to the contracted number of guests. The renter must disclose the full guest list.
- Only two children under 12 should be listed in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents; additional children must be counted as adults.
- Disorderly conduct, nudity, disrespect toward security personnel, and excessive noise can result in fines up to $3,000 without warning. Guests are responsible for paying any fines.
- A 7-night minimum stay is required for December 25 and January 1. If booking both holidays, a 14-night minimum applies.
- High school and college spring break groups are not allowed without approval and an additional deposit.
