So much more than I expected. Amazing ocean views, centrally located, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool/bar was epic with panoramic ocean views. I would book this place again in a heartbeat. Thank you for making the memories!!!

Everything was amazing! The place is in a very good location, very clean and just as shown in the photos. The elevator broke down a couple of times, but they fixed it quickly. Very good communication and service :) I would highly recommend it

Everything excellent. Very tidy. The apartment's location is very good. The service from Xavier and his team is very good. The instructions they provided for check-in were very easy to understand. The only thing to note is that there is parking, but there are very few spaces for the entire building. Even so, during my stay, I had no problem parking because it was very rarely full.

Was a great stay with great pools & gym which I used daily. The apartment had everything. The main bedroom had the biggest comfy bed. The only problem was I couldn’t get the AC to work for some reason in the main so went to the spare bedroom, I’m sure it could of been an easy fix but that aside 10/10 highly recommend.

The apartment is in a very convenient and well-located area. Safe and close to very nice places for breakfast...a few meters from the beach and several beach clubs. We had a major problem with the air conditioners. We stayed for 5 nights and only one cooled properly. For two days it didn't work at all. Impossible to sleep with the heat in Playa del Carmen. We tried to sleep with the window open and the truth is there was a lot of noise outside starting early. We communicated several times and they said "it's done," but nothing happened. I was very upset that they only offered "cancel the reservation" for the remaining days. And start looking for us. I don't recommend the place.

The apartment was very well located and very nice and comfortable We enjoyed our stay and the rooftop pools, with a lot of sargassum in Playa del Carmen at the time of our stay

This place is really better than the photos; I'm very happy I chose it, and I recommend it. The apartment is very comfortable, the two bedrooms are well laid out, and the area where it is located is ideal if you are looking for a relaxing vacation, as it is a quiet, very nice area, yet close to everything and, fortunately, a bit away from all the nighttime noise. So, for me, it was ideal, and also, at check-out, we had to wait a while because our flight was late, and the front desk staff told us that if we wanted, we could leave our luggage there and go to the pool upstairs so we wouldn't have to wait at the front desk, so, honestly, it was very good in every way.
