If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is the right place. It's far from the city center, so you should bring everything you need. Great for yoga or reading. Dani is a great support and problem solver.

We absolutely loved this place! Daniel & Karina were 10/10! Daniel went above and beyond to walk us to the local store, handle any travel we wanted and more! Marine cooked us the best Guatemalan food and was so sweet to clean up the house each day! The only reason I give this place a 4/5 is due to the noise. Typically it seems like a great noise free calm place but the neighbors on both sides were undergoing construction. It was very loud and woke us up in the morning and continued throughout the day. Out of anyone’s control but just giving a warning in advance to see if construction is going on! Thank you again to Karina & Daniel you two are amazing and made our stay incredible!

The house is very nice. The interior spaces of the house are as shown in the photos. Decoration with nice details and very clean and well-kept areas. The social area where the Jacuzzi is located is very nice with beautiful views of the lake, also as shown in the profile photos. However, several houses are currently being built around it, which limits privacy and affects the surrounding landscape and the outdoor gardens. Being in the social area, the stay is extremely pleasant. What I did not expect was that this social area was not directly integrated with the other areas of the house and that you had to leave the house to access it. Due to the current construction around the house, the path to the jacuzzi does not have a pleasant view.

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house! The views of Lake Atitlán were absolutely breathtaking, and the peaceful setting made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The jacuzzi was a fantastic bonus, especially while taking in the beautiful scenery. The home was very spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for our family of eight. It could easily accommodate an even larger group. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. Danny was very helpful and got us everything we needed. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with stunning lake views and plenty of space for family and friends, we highly recommend this property!

The place is very nice and Dani's service was excellent. The terrace where the Jacuzzi is located is beautiful. You just have to keep in mind that there is currently a construction site right next to the house and another construction site a few meters away, so there is a lot of noise at the place starting early in the morning. Marianne kindly tried to solve the problem.

What an amazing home and super attentive staff (thank you Dany and Karina!). One of the most beautiful homes i have ever been to. What a view and a birder’s paradise ! I recommend adding the meal option so you can relax and not worry about cooking (the food was sooo good). We had such an amazing time. Thank you!

A very beautiful house. Dani was very attentive. We left some rings behind, and they found them and brought them to where we were. The whole house is very comfortable.
