The 3,300-square-foot, three-bedroom villa is located directly across from a popular local beach in La Paz, within the 24-hour-secured grounds of Playa de La Paz.
The Space
This spectacular ground-floor residence is positioned directly in front of the resort’s luxurious pool and jacuzzi, just steps from the pristine white sands of El Caimancito Beach. With more than 3,300 square feet of flexible indoor-outdoor living space, it offers an ideal setting for a family getaway.
Designed by architect Gerardo Ulate, the villa showcases azure views of La Paz Bay from every angle. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outdoors inside, connecting the open-concept living and dining areas with the expansive terrace.

We had an amazing time at casa de Paz, the whole team was great and very welcoming. The villa is stunning we definitely weren’t ready to leave when the time came. Already planning our next stay at Raffi’s.

This location was amazing—only 10 minutes from town and about 18 minutes from Balandra and Tecolote! The beach directly in front of the property is beautiful, and El Caimancito is comfortable enough to enjoy throughout your entire stay. We visited Tecolote three times because it was so close and convenient. My only complaint about the complex was that, during our five-day stay, the cushions for the pool and beach loungers were available only once. I wish this amenity had been serviced more consistently. Bring an ice chest and enjoy Casa de Paz! Although we didn’t use it, the property also has a new, clean built-in gas grill that would be perfect for grilling during your stay. We would definitely recommend this place!

Raffi is an excellent host and the team working with him were on the mark throughout our stay. Casa La Paz is beautiful and well maintained and veryclean. It is exactly like the pictures and exceeded our expectations. The pool was warm and a great place to sienna time with the family. The beach has soft sand, clear water, and live coral you can snorkel. I highly recommend staying at Casa La Paz. Thank you Raffi for a great stay!

The house is immaculately clean, and even better than pictured. The views are beautiful. It was so peaceful, we basically had the whole communal pool and the beach in front of the condos to ourselves. There is a lovely bar open daily. On top of that Ana was amazing - she gave us recommendations for scuba diving (Gael and Caro wereTHE best, and we opted for extra cleanings which was also great). The town is 10 mins drive, with great restaurants and a very chill vibe. Loved it so much! Thank you!

Our family of 5 had a great time at the condo. Everyone was very helpful and easy to work with. The condo itself had a lot of room, the patio was wonderful and sunsets were amazing. We met a lot of great people that were also visiting or were owners of the other units. We will be back.
